Apartment holiday rentals in Kauai County

This is the third time we stayed at Deb’s place. We were here for a month this time. We get in the ocean every morning — with the currents and waves, we stay close to shore — and it’s a great way to wake up! The local restaurants and fruit stand supply our breakfasts. We used Deb’s beach chairs on Anini, Lydgate, and Poipu beaches. You really can’t beat the location. It’s so close to restaurants, right on the bike trail, and easy to get to the north or south parts of the island. The big recliners are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice too. Deb was super responsive to anything we needed. She is super quick to respond and if anything needs attention, she is on top of it right away. We loved being on the 2nd floor, with the nice view and privacy. The elevator was a big help when moving in with our luggage. We used the facility washing machine and dryer twice and they worked just fine. A great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Ingrid’s in Kauai. Would definitely recommend the place and Ingrid is a great host!

Melissa and Ian’s place was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect with so many walking paths. The condo was very private, beautiful and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again.

Lee’s place was a great location for the north shore of Kauai. It was extremely close to the shuttle for Hā’ena State Park to be able to hike along Na Pali coast and partake in Ke’e Beach. It was also in a great location for Limahuli National Botanical Garden and Hanalei. We picked Lee’s place specifically for location and the loft for our two kids. While advertised as having air conditioning, the unit was small for the area size. Strategic positioning of fans helped our kids sleep better in the loft area. However, given the physics of hot air rising, the a/c unit being small, and on the lower level, the loft may not be comfortable for some folks during the hotter months. Regardless, we did have a nice stay. The location made every morning feel more relaxed, because we were only 15 minutes away from most of our planned north shore excursions. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very clean.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon. Tom and Margaret were kind and allowed us an early check in. Beautiful condo and such a perfect location. It had everything we needed to be comfortable with a lovely cross wind with the doors opened. We would love to return again soon.

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Jake’s apartment is incredibly clean, is in such a fun and beautiful location, and has a view that’s even better than the photos. His space is appointed with everything you need to cook, to have a comfortable day at the beach, and to enjoy the community’s amenities. Jake’s communication was clear and responsive, and he took extra steps to make us feel welcome and accommodated. I’d strongly recommend this spot to anyone who wants a fun stay near Poipu beach swimming with sea turtles and walking to good food.

We enjoyed our stay at Nathalie’s in Princeville. It was conveniently located to nearby stores, shopping, beaches, and NaPali coast. (With rental car) The bed was comfortable. The home had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to do laundry. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Communication was quick and very friendly. The “jungle trail” my words, on the property was sooo cool! We enjoyed walking through that path to get to the bluffs to enjoy the nightly sunsets. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking nature and visiting our hen, rooster and birdy friends. Chickens are everywhere in Kauai. Overall, Our stay was so quiet,Ahhh, thank you for a slice of paradise! Mahalo.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredible and the recommendations were so great. There’s a few house rules which I’m not so used to but it was clear from the beginning and definitely helps to keep the place bug and critter free which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time on Kauai staying at this beautiful studio! It was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with anything we really needed. The description and pictures were accurate, and after I asked Andrea if the studio had a beach umbrella in it, she bought one for our stay! It was very nicely decorated, and the space was comfortable for two people. The bed was also large and comfortable, which was nice! The location was perfect, situated a short drive from many nice beaches and restaurants. Andrea was very attentive, helpful and kind, providing us with local recommendations before our stay and providing us with quick responses upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time!

Cash’s place was great with an amazing view and easy walk to see a great sunset

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Cari was very helpful & kind in allowing us to check in early and in helping us get acquainted w the area. Beautiful property, with all the supplies we could need. If I go back in fall through spring, I’d definitely stay there. But it was very warm at night sleeping without AC in June.

Shannon's place was an amazing last minute find. spent a whole week with easy access to north and south of idland, including steps away from ocean front, restaurants and bars. Place was very clean, she is very thoughtful with the extras that she provides to help you have a relaxing yet comfortable stay between extra beach towels, beach chairs, bags for your gear, and quick utensils. comfortable bed allowed me to rest up after some extreme hiking. Overall, 6 out of 5 it I could. we will be returning to her same place. Great communication with helping as well

beautiful home in the middle of Princeville. Drivable distance to grocery store and resturants. Takes about 10-15 mins to drive to hanalei (depending on time of day). Beautiful views of the bay from the backyard. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Cute place to call home for.a few days. Will come back.

This is a very nice condo. The beach accessible from the property is excellent and a short walk from the unit. We took lessons at the Kauai surf school which is on the property. We used the athletic club, located just across the street, which has a very nice leisure pool and exercise facilities. Use of the club is included with the rental. We enjoyed going to the nearby Poipu shopping village and Shops at Kukui’ula for shopping and dinner. We enjoyed our stay here.

The townhouse was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy. The kitchen had quality versions of everything you needed and then some. And there was space to store our food. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. The area was peaceful and the view from the back patio was lovely with comfortable seating. This area is on the top of the cliff, which makes for lovely sunset views. There's a beautiful, shaded walking path nearby that leads down to a beach. Lots of signs warning about the current and I'm a play it safe with the ocean type, so we didn't swim. But it's really lovely for hanging out, and Hanalei Bay is an easy drive for swimming. We all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed in.

If you are looking for a beautiful, fun getaway right next to Poipu beach and a number of amazing restaurants and attractions - this is it. We actually took advantage of the kitchen every day and saved a bunch vs. being forced into a hotel buffet. It was great to wake up every day to the sounds of lovely birds and relax in the evenings after long days at the beach. We definitely would stay here again!

Jayne’s villa was outstanding! It was very clean and tidy, and the A/C in the bedroom was a bonus. The location was perfect, easy to get to Kukuiula Shopping Center, Poipu Beach, and Kōloa town. We will definitely stay here again!

Staying here was the best choice we made! It was perfect driving distance to Hanalei and kapa’a and the views were stunning. I would say the best “home base” for all the activities the island has to offer. Even though there was no AC the fans kept it just cool enough.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The view and time spent on the back patio will be a lifelong memory of ours. The beach gear that was available was super clutch for our days at the beach and a very nice added touch as we didn’t think about that initially. Would definitely recommend staying here!
