Lani was wonderful and the setting of this location is fantastic! If you haven’t given Princeville a try you’re missing out! Walkable to ocean views and great food.

We forgot to look at the AirBNB site the day before and when we got to the condo, the internet was hopeless. There was a moment of panic, but then we found the instructions and were able to get in after that. Everything else went smoothly.

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view. We had great communication with Huma and no problems getting access to everything at the resort. We appreciated the little things - like plenty of hangars in the closet and an AWESOME beach umbrella and set of beach chairs. It was very clean and dry. The bedroom can be a little hot if you don't open the window (which is facing the exterior walkway to and from other condos, but there wasn't much traffic). Other guests were pretty quiet and friendly. This is a wonderful rental within walking distance of central Kapaa. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

Fantastic spot in Princeville. Can’t beat the views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony - starting and ending our days there. Enjoyed the pool as well. Would rent here again.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room (which only happens based on availability at the time of your trip), but i was grateful for the opportunity to have this upgrade. Elizabeth is very responsive and this home is located within a resort that has lovely amenities such as a pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and a great front desk staff that hosts events as well (we went to mai tai hour and it was so fun!). This location in Princeville is spot on - couldn't be better! we will definitely be coming back and booking with Elizabeth for our next trip.

I probably do not have enough characters to list all of the great things about staying here! First off, you are right on the water and the rocks keep people from hanging out in your view, so you can listen to the gorgeous, fairly large waves in peace. The closest beach is on the highway, but I noticed there is another beach within easy walking distance. Walk past two driveways and you will see a somewhat hidden “beach access” sign near a one way sign. The unit was clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and I loved the art they had hanging. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept the room very cool and comfortable. The other one did a pretty good job, too. We overheat easily, but we were comfortable. This location is great because you are midway between the two end-of-the-road points on the island. There are lots of places to eat. If you want to save some money, the best grocery prices we saw were at Big Save.

Amazing location. The balcony was beautiful to sit and be right on the coast. You could see sea turtles, a lava bridge, and feel the ocean spray from the balcony. Very close to beaches and restaurants.

Great condo, quiet location yet close to beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable, everything you need for relaxing time. Charles was very responsive to any of our questions. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation spot. We will definitely be back. Kauai is an amazing place to visit, you won't want to leave.

We loved Meg’s condo and the area, it was the perfect place for our stay! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. We truly appreciated all the amenities provided, it made everything super convenient and comfortable. The location was great for exploring, and we also appreciated the local suggestions. Every one of them was spot on, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our first hike to Anini Beach was such a memorable experience! We would definitely come back to Meg’s place for future vacations. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

Close to our ohana’s home and beautiful area to walk around. Ground floor was perfect for us and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this place ! The house was So clean and well kept. Blender was in use all week for the wonderful Kauai fruit Smoothies we made all week. Pool are was amazing. Quick drive to Foodland and Hanalei. So many nice beaches in driving distance. Violeta was very responsive to our questions! Amazing value!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

Greta place to stay! Access to the pool from the lanai was awesome and very convenient for our kids!

The first stay on our honeymoon and this condo did not disappoint. About a 10 min drive from Hanalei Bay we went back and forth quite a bit, but it is a pretty drive. We loved staying in Princeville. There is a road/trail next to the condo offers good views of the ocean. And the view from the back lanai is beautiful. The condo is clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay here. Gave us a central location to really explore the north shore while coming also being able to come back and relax. Would recommend to any other travellers.

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

WOW we loved this location so much!!! Right across the parking lot there are shops and an ABC market. Then RIGHT next door is Imua coffee which has the besttt coffee and gf df bfast item. Then the hotel next door has yoga every morning at 830am- drop-ins allowed for all!! This Airbnb has some units in the building operating as hotel, so it very much gave a hotel feel with spectacular grounds and clean everywhere. Would recommend for proximity to airport, and distance to north and South Island.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Short walk to everything Princeville has to offer and a short drive to Hanalei and Anini beach. Gorgeous property in an even more stunning area. Condo was sparkling clean and fully stocked with anything you could need for a beach day. Very much enjoyed the cats that live in the neighborhood 🐱 - would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect condo located in Princeville! This condo was in a great location that was close by to everything (restaurants, beaches, Hanalei!!!) but still very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed. There are food trucks to walk to, and this was a beautiful place for walking with stunning views. I will definitely be coming back here and would stay in this condo again :)

Great location, great communication, great amenities, and a great home overall. Really nothing at all to complain. Jonathan is super responsive and a great host. We would highly recommend his place.

What a beautiful location to enjoy the beach and listen to the waves all night long!! Peaceful and a good size balcony to enjoy it all! There are stairs (and no elevator/wheelchair access) to get into the property and also up to the 2nd floor condo. Sleeping Giant Grill was fabulous!!! It takes a while but well worth the wait! Mahalo Kathy!!!
