Holiday rentals with beach access in Kauai County

I enjoyed our stay. Sometimes parking could be somewhat annoying after 8pm but we never not found a spot, sometimes it just wasn’t as close to our lodging. The place was clean and as advertised. The beach equipment was very useful!

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We’ve stayed in Baby’s Beach area and Koloa before but never at Kuhio Shores. We really enjoyed location and the unit! The stove wasn’t working properly so that was a bummer as it disrupted a couple meals we planned to make but they were very responsive and came to unit to assess situation. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. The condo had everything we needed and all that you’d need to have a great beach day (snorkels, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Easy check in and free parking. The facility across the road for a pool, outdoor gym, etc., was a nice touch and something we enjoyed utilizing. 10 min walk to the beach and a cute area for dinner, we recommend Keoki’s paradise for drinks. A 5 minute walk to a great breakfast cafe, little fish. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. It has a very beautiful yard. Was spotless inside and near all the North Shore attractions. Adam was very pleasant to talk with. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying here. Alicja was super upfront about the additional fees and amenities that come with the resort. We enjoyed the pizza place (Wiki) and got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Everyone was very friendly at the resort as well. Princeville is an excellent area for easy access to beautiful north shore beaches, hiking, and cute shops and the like. Would highly recommend!

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Extra points for that beautiful view from the main bedroom (rainbows every day) and the shower is excellent! We had a great stay at the „little red haus“. Clark was great and always helpful at communicating everything. Very uncomplicated check-in and -out. Mahalo 🌺

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Great place for family gathering. Everything was well stocked and ready to go. This included a complete kitchen, towels, laundry soap and a garage full of outdoor gear. The back deck was a popular place for reading and conversation. We would definitely stay here again!

Devaki was such a sweet and awesome host. Perhaps the best location in Hanalei Bay. 100 foot walk to beach and less than a quarter mile walk to town.

The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

Nice spot for a family of 5 on an island adventure. the seacoast is a short walk and along the coast there is a hiking (or trail running) trails that can go 5+ miles. we never used the beach in front of the nearby hotel as it is rough, but walked to and snorkel at Poipu. the house has games, and a private backyard.

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

Tom’ s place was the perfect place to stay in Kauai! It’s right on the beach, so we woke up to the most beautiful sunrises every morning and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The view from the lanai is stunning - we spent hours just sitting out there, soaking it all in. The condo had everything we needed for beach days: chairs, towels, umbrella...Super convenient and thoughtful! Tom was an awesome host — super kind, easy to communicate with. He really made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a chill, beachfront spot with incredible views and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets…,this is the place. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Mahalo, Tom!

The location is great for getting around the island. Super well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Ingrid is very responsive.

The townhouse was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy. The kitchen had quality versions of everything you needed and then some. And there was space to store our food. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. The area was peaceful and the view from the back patio was lovely with comfortable seating. This area is on the top of the cliff, which makes for lovely sunset views. There's a beautiful, shaded walking path nearby that leads down to a beach. Lots of signs warning about the current and I'm a play it safe with the ocean type, so we didn't swim. But it's really lovely for hanging out, and Hanalei Bay is an easy drive for swimming. We all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed in.

Very nice place to stay. When we had a problem, they came and took care of it right away. They also took action to prevent it from happening again with future guests. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We appreciated having the laundry available. Good location, close to grocery store.

Lee’s place was a great location for the north shore of Kauai. It was extremely close to the shuttle for Hā’ena State Park to be able to hike along Na Pali coast and partake in Ke’e Beach. It was also in a great location for Limahuli National Botanical Garden and Hanalei. We picked Lee’s place specifically for location and the loft for our two kids. While advertised as having air conditioning, the unit was small for the area size. Strategic positioning of fans helped our kids sleep better in the loft area. However, given the physics of hot air rising, the a/c unit being small, and on the lower level, the loft may not be comfortable for some folks during the hotter months. Regardless, we did have a nice stay. The location made every morning feel more relaxed, because we were only 15 minutes away from most of our planned north shore excursions. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very clean.

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon. Tom and Margaret were kind and allowed us an early check in. Beautiful condo and such a perfect location. It had everything we needed to be comfortable with a lovely cross wind with the doors opened. We would love to return again soon.

The spot was perfect for a couple looking for a no frills quiet place!! Excellent location….The beach house across the street is a must. Overall a great place to stay!!
