Lani was wonderful and the setting of this location is fantastic! If you haven’t given Princeville a try you’re missing out! Walkable to ocean views and great food.

We forgot to look at the AirBNB site the day before and when we got to the condo, the internet was hopeless. There was a moment of panic, but then we found the instructions and were able to get in after that. Everything else went smoothly.

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view. We had great communication with Huma and no problems getting access to everything at the resort. We appreciated the little things - like plenty of hangars in the closet and an AWESOME beach umbrella and set of beach chairs. It was very clean and dry. The bedroom can be a little hot if you don't open the window (which is facing the exterior walkway to and from other condos, but there wasn't much traffic). Other guests were pretty quiet and friendly. This is a wonderful rental within walking distance of central Kapaa. Would love to stay here again.

Roz and team are fantastic - responsive, communicative, friendly … all that we could ask for. The bed is big and comfy and the location is great. Lots of walkable restaurants and coffee, as well as Poipu Beach and the turtles! We loved the amenities and convenience of the fitness center across the road - it’s a 3 minute run. Roz left us all that we needed for a great stay - although we didn’t use them the boogie board, beach chairs, and beach towels are awesome touches. Our only downside was with some of the fixtures and wall damage, as well as a couch that is has some “experience.” We’ve been told that the owner is working on addressing these opportunities to make the space and experience even better! Thanks Roz for being so responsive and helpful!

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

I probably do not have enough characters to list all of the great things about staying here! First off, you are right on the water and the rocks keep people from hanging out in your view, so you can listen to the gorgeous, fairly large waves in peace. The closest beach is on the highway, but I noticed there is another beach within easy walking distance. Walk past two driveways and you will see a somewhat hidden “beach access” sign near a one way sign. The unit was clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and I loved the art they had hanging. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept the room very cool and comfortable. The other one did a pretty good job, too. We overheat easily, but we were comfortable. This location is great because you are midway between the two end-of-the-road points on the island. There are lots of places to eat. If you want to save some money, the best grocery prices we saw were at Big Save.

Great condo, quiet location yet close to beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable, everything you need for relaxing time. Charles was very responsive to any of our questions. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation spot. We will definitely be back. Kauai is an amazing place to visit, you won't want to leave.

We loved Meg’s condo and the area, it was the perfect place for our stay! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. We truly appreciated all the amenities provided, it made everything super convenient and comfortable. The location was great for exploring, and we also appreciated the local suggestions. Every one of them was spot on, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our first hike to Anini Beach was such a memorable experience! We would definitely come back to Meg’s place for future vacations. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

We had an amazing stay here with our family! The place is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the stunning sunset and ocean views from both the room and the lanai. The guest book was incredibly helpful, filled with great local recommendations that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. The location is perfect — just a short walk to 1 Hotel and the Hideaway Lookout, and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. Ian and Melissa were wonderful hosts — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to return in the future!

Wowie wow. Unreal views…cozy and modern interior…perfectly laid back and magical! Todd did an amazing job…thank you for an amazing vacation! Quick hop over to Hanalei…our 6 year old loved running up and down the rolling grassy hills and exploring the property…just perfect.

Great location, close to the walking path that leads to the beaches. Also, right next to one of the pools. It was nice to have beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, and a cooler available. The space was just as described, it was nice to have a large closet to keep our clothes in. Thanks!

Violeta accommodated us last minute and was quick with communication. We had a little challenge finding the building, but other than that everything else was great. Clean space, good location and pool was nice!

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

WOW we loved this location so much!!! Right across the parking lot there are shops and an ABC market. Then RIGHT next door is Imua coffee which has the besttt coffee and gf df bfast item. Then the hotel next door has yoga every morning at 830am- drop-ins allowed for all!! This Airbnb has some units in the building operating as hotel, so it very much gave a hotel feel with spectacular grounds and clean everywhere. Would recommend for proximity to airport, and distance to north and South Island.

It was a great stay, we loved every second!

Great place, great location. Just a grassy field between you and the ocean with a nice balcony to view it. Clean and quiet. Easy self-check in. If you need to get any work done, I was surprised to find solid Wifi speeds of over 500mbps, and upload speeds of over 20mbps. The host, Jennifer, was excellent with swift and professional communication. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away at the Coconut Marketplace and adjacent. Sleeping Giant Grill came highly recommended by locals for fresh fish, but I appreciated the vegan tempeh option! Also the Lava Lava Club restaurant is right on the beach. All a few minutes walk.

If you are wanting a 5 star resort this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a clean space, hot shower with decent water pressure, great air conditioner, comfortable bed, and amazing views this is for you. The condo itself could use a little TLC, but you can’t beat the views or the location. We would stay here again without reservation.

Great stay! Nice location with lots to do close by. Had everything you needed. Very comfortable space. Cameron was very helpful and responsive.

Great location, great communication, great amenities, and a great home overall. Really nothing at all to complain. Jonathan is super responsive and a great host. We would highly recommend his place.
