The house was as described. All vacationers were absolutely thrilled. I can only recommend the house.

The villa was very beautiful, spacious, and tidy. Entry was easy (key box). Every room was air-conditioned and clean. A few constructive comments and information: - According to the information provided, the pool is cleaned twice a week, but this did not happen, even though the many swallows and insects would have justified it. - If you're afraid of birds, I wouldn't recommend this place. - The Wi-Fi is not the most stable, but this was indicated beforehand and it wasn't a major issue. - Mosquito nets would greatly enhance comfort. The villa is highly recommended. It is in a peaceful location, yet close (15 minutes) to the sea and nearby towns and restaurants.

We spent a little over a week in this beautiful house! The house was very clean and well maintained. Of course, the highlight was the pool that saved us while we had temperatures to up to 36 degrees! All rooms are air conditioned. The beeds were super comfy and the house is settled in a very quiet and silent surrounding with a planted garden that is invisible to neighbors. If you are looking for a home where you can totally relax then this might be perfect for you. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed – we appreciated a dish washer and a washing machine. A special mention needs to got to Anamaria: whenever we had a question she responded within a short time and was very helpful in all kind of matters: As my kids forgot their Nintendo Switch she did everything to send it back to us. This makes her very reliable and honest – nothing you can take for granted. This won´t be our last stay! Thanks for everything, your family Stillner

The location of this place was a pleasant surprise. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is situated on a hill which opens a wonderful view to the valley and one can see the sea from the balcony of the second floor. It is especially nice in the evening when the nearest city is light. There is no noise, no traffic and not so much people around which can disturb you in this peaceful place. The pool is reasonably big to have a comfortable swim. Overall, the house is very convenient for the rest with the family or friends. Sincerely recommend this place!

The house is very modern and perfect for a relaxing holiday in a group. The location to shopping, as well as beach and city, is excellent. The landlords welcomed us warmly. The holiday met our expectations exactly. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are all new and in perfect condition – great for relaxing. The house itself is very well equipped, extremely clean and has a great view of the sea. The location is also great: a small supermarket with fresh rolls is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants that can be reached on foot in the evening. All in all, a fantastic place to stay that I can fully recommend!

Very nice villa with a great garden and pool. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was also very good. The pool area is beautifully designed with a large sitting lounge and in addition there is a selection of ball sports for the garden. Ideal for a group of 6-8 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Efa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Erika who helped us with the check in and showed us everything within the villa. We even received wine, olive oil and a fruits basket as a welcome present. This villa has everything that a family needs (e.g. a wonderful pool and a well equipped kitchen) and is as beautiful as the photos show. Since it’s located in Višnjan, there isn’t much to do or see in the village and you have to travel to nearby cities.

Beautiful house, which corresponds exactly to the pictures provided. The check-in and check-out time could be rescheduled on request. In general, the landlord was very accommodating to us. She is very caring and helpful. The house is ideal for 6 people. However, you should keep in mind that this property is located in a small village. A mobile base is mandatory in order to be able to do leisure activities or to shop.

Fantastic house with beautiful pool with wonderful relaxing chairs and outdoor seating and a dining table under a pergola. Beds very comfortable. Two lovely bathrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed. The owner was present to welcome us and give us an explanation. Great, very friendly. Furthermore, she was very quick to respond to questions. Within walking distance less than 10 min 3 fine restaurants and supermarket. Also olive and wine tastings are within walking distance. Beautiful towns such as Novigrad and Rovinj easy to reach by car. Had a great week, highly recommended!
