Super nice and clean place. Located in a quiet place, away from the city and noise. In the immediate vicinity are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Communication was straightforward and requests were answered quickly. Would recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay. The back garden is a delight. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners each night there. It is an easy walk to the supermarket as well as to the old city.

The apartment is wonderful. I have absolutely no objections. We occupied an apartment upstairs with 3 bedrooms and two terraces, from which there is a wonderful view and from a distance you can see the sea. The apartment has everything you need for your trip - a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with each room, a clothes dryer on the patio, and in the common area, a washer and iron. There is also a well-equipped gym, a pool table and a foosball table. The pool is very clean and the greenery around the building is very well maintained. Mosquito nets everywhere in the windows. In the garden, there is a large barbecue and a table for feasting. For me, it is sensational.

The place was very nicely decorated and also very clean. The pool was good for cooling off and there is plenty of space both outside and in the "pool room". Since the numbering of the houses in Croatia only follow an orderly rule to a limited extent, we had to look for the house for a while until we found it. We were very pleased with the house and would go again

The apartment is complete with everything, microwave, kettle, moka, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Only the washing machine is missing to make it 100% perfect. Halfway through the stay (we did 8 nights), Denis let us know that someone was coming to change the sheets, we didn't expect it. When I return the bed and sofa bed for my son were perfect, the towels were also removed, really great service. There is also one nice balcony with clothesline, side table and two chairs. In the house there is air conditioning and Wi-Fi all working perfectly. Really satisfied.

We had a very good time in the apartment - it was large and clean and with easy parking. Not far away are 2 large supermarkets and many beaches. It's necessary to get around by car, but it was more convenient for us. The owner is in the house next door, she and her husband are very kind and available for any need. We were given a pass to enter the Lanterna campsite, which was very welcome.

Sweet apartment that was private yet close to downtown Porec. The apartment came with bikes which we used every day; also a very easy walk to Porec. Our hose greeted us with cake and homemade liqueur, was very helpful getting us set up in the apartment, including use of the washer, which was a great amenity. Would recommend as a host and a place to stay.

Apartment is in quiet part of Rovinj , 15 minuts by foot to the old town, close to the seaside. You can walk to nearest beach its not far. It is convinent for visit beautifull Rovinj and also swim at the beach. Parking place is available behind the gate.

Very good location for this charming apartment, very close to the city as well as the sea. Superb quiet terrace with a beautiful view and accessible and responsive hosts. Perfect!

It was one of the best Airbnb place that we have ever stayed in. The place was brand-new field with different amenities, games, treats, useful tips and maps, absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. The host was always super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, advisable and pro active. Anything we asked for was delivered promptly. Upon arrival we had chilled drinks in the fridge and a beautiful fruit basket and another basket with treats. I would definitely come back myself and recommend this place to others. Although pictures look like a Photoshop inside the house everything looks exactly the same. The Location is very convenient if you have a car everything is 7 to 15 minutes drive: you have nice beaches with sunbeds, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, anything you need basically. Thanks a lot Lorena! We hope to see you soon again!

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic views! There are 3 separate units, 2 of which have their own kitchen. The main kitchen is really well equipped - there is even an ice machine and a wine refrigerator. There is a large gas grill outside. Many rooms have their own bathroom. The accommodation is perfect for 3 families. There is a private playground, a trampoline, a large chessboard. In addition, of course, the beautiful pool and a covered jacuzzi for 4 adults. We were there on a workation with 9 adults and 2 children. That worked well too. The host Petra is incredibly friendly, was always available to us and even brought us wine. She also gave us a lot of tips in the area. The village of Baldasi is a bit remote, but you have your peace and a great view. There are many wineries within walking distance, we did a wine tasting at Pilato. By car, you can be in Porec in 25 minutes. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed at this house with four adults and two babies. The bedrooms are far apart and each have their own bed. So ideal for us. The large living and dining area in the basement with access to the garden and pool is large and equipped with the main utensils. The view of the sea and especially the sunsets are fantastic. In the village there are two small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. We ate very well twice right in the village. Communication with the host was perfect and smooth. Kristina was very eager and accommodating. We would book the house again anytime.
