Holiday rentals with a patio in Kaštel Stari

Had a lovely stay at Ivaca’s accommodation. It was bright, cheerful with a lovely view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable and also a lovely shower. A couple of patios to sit out on and even the chance to have dinner outside. The whole place was pristine. We had some chilled water to drink when we arrived as well as fresh home grown cherries and cherry liqueur. We only stayed one night on our last night before returning home. It would have been nice to stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ivana was lovely and the place was very nice with a great beach bar and beach just couple minutes walk and grocerys right next door.

very friendly people hosting . we really enjoyed our stay, not far from the beach. Very peaceful area, beautiful coastline. Trogir and Split easy reach by car.

we had a great time! Although the host did not speak English, we understood each other and immediately provided us with the necessary and helped us with our requests. the house is 25 minutes from Split and is close to bakeries and supermarkets. The area is really quiet and pleasant with plenty of sea and beach a 10-minute walk from the house. the host at our check-out was very kind and gave us two personalized souvenirs. A very nice and appreciated gesture, thank you!!

Angela's accommodation is really very nice: very well decorated, super comfortable bedding, private terrace perfect for end-of-day aperitifs. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and nearby businesses. The place is even bigger than it appears in the pictures! Angela is really a great host: always very responsive, fresh products in the fridge on arrival, grapes offered during the stay; Angela is very nice and attentive. Only one negative point for me: the accommodation is really very poorly insulated. Of course we hear the planes, but they don't fly at night and by taking a place so close to the airport we suspected it. On the other hand, you can absolutely hear everything that's going on in the apartment above. As a result, my children had difficulty falling asleep with the sound of children running or screaming until late at night.

Close to everything yet private. The place was clean and felt right at home. Live that they had washer/dryer. Nice view from the balcony.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay with a baby.

Thanks to Mirjana and her son for hosting him, he was always very responsive and friendly! The apartment is great and matches the photos, very clean and very well equipped. The terrace with the jacuzzi is great. And the accommodation is well located, a few minutes from the sea on foot and has a private parking space. Once again, thank you for everything!

There were 6 of us and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms are super nice and all equipped with air conditioning, the bathrooms were super nice and equipped with hot water. A beautiful kitchen with utensils to supply yourself, with fridge and freezer. Anlange also has a pool and barbeque. The landlord super friendly has responded to all wishes and suggestions, we had our privacy and were able to do almost everything we wanted. Staying again

Perfect villa but far from the center

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The vacation home is fantastic. the location, the Ppol, and very quiet. It is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - and more. The hosts are very friendly, we felt welcome right away. Despite a late arrival due to flight delay, we were warmly welcomed personally. The neighbors, the parents of the landlords are also very dear people! From the house you can take nice walks. 100% recommendation and thank you for a wonderful holiday!

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ana's. The amenities were perfect for our needs. Very comfortable house with nice pool and outdoor area. Great location for exploring Trogir. Local farmers were very kind and brought us fresh fruit, home baked bread , cheese , cured meat and home made wine. We felt very welcome. The noise of the airport was not too intrusive . Thanks for a great stay Karlo. Highly recommended .

A truly beautiful place in Podstrana, the highest house in the location it’s set in, we have felt incredibly lucky to spend ten days at Vinko’s lovely home. The view and terrace space is so beautiful, we didn’t feel like we needed to go and fill our days with activities because it was such an incredible place just where we were! We managed with taxis when we went for meals, never spending more than £10 to visit Split. Vinko was so helpful with recommendations from prior to our arrival all the way through to the end. The inside of the property has everything you need, the space is limited inside but this suited us as we were outside most of the time anyway. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a little luxury and relaxation.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Small, but very nice and clean appartment. Well equipped as well ! We enjoyed our stay.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Very easy to get into, very clean, and modern apartment! And the bed and pillow/beddings were so comfortable we had the best sleep. Parking spot is a big plus! Would stay again.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
