In terms of location, it is necessary to climb a little hill by car. Most places in Kaş are like this. 15-20 minutes by car to the center. Although it was a new apartment, it offered all the amenities written in the description and was clean. Mr. Yiğit was very interested, he was warm-blooded. He quickly returned to our needs and helped. Overall, we are very satisfied. Thank you for everything 🌸

We left the house very satisfied with the trip we had planned as friends and family groups. The hosts were understanding, thoughtful people. The house was very clean, fine details were considered, minor deficiencies were resolved by the host, a house we will plan to stay again with peace of mind.

We were very comfortable during our stay in Kaş, the house was cleaned very thoroughly, everything we might need was thought of. A quiet, calm, peaceful home. Akçagerme beach is within walking distance to swim, and there is a nice coastal section for walking. We had a comfortable stay for 3 people. If I ever travel to Kaş again, it will be the first place I'll call. Thank you so much.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Although Covid-19 meant our holiday was cancelled, Alper was very understanding and helpful. Alper is clearly a very good host and I'm sure the stay would have been lovely if things had worked out.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

I would like to thank them very much for providing a very quiet and peaceful rest. It is a beautiful neighborhood where the surrounding buildings with friendly cats are made up of respectable families. It is a little far from the center of Kaş, but every 20 minutes a dolmus passes very close to the house.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest in us. The villa impressed us very much from the moment we first entered. All the items were new, the house was modernly designed. The smell of cleanliness caught our attention when we walked in. Particular attention to cleanliness is seen. The location of the villa is great, you are in Kaş Square within 5 minutes by car. There is a grocery store near the villa, where you can meet all your needs, etc. Setur is 2 minutes away from Marina. The villa was so enjoyable that we spent a full day of our holiday just staying in the villa. Whenever we asked our questions, Mr. Mehmet responded instantly and was helpful. You can fully trust Mr. Mehmet and the comfort of the villa. Our address will not change on our next Kaş adventure.

A wonderful place, very beautiful views. Lots of restaurants close by, Migros and Macro shops, Johnny's Cafe Bar around the corner. Great apartment, as described and photographed, everything is working. A luxurious second floor with a large balcony with a good view, very comfortable living room, kitchen, balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Great pool a few steps from the room, have a nice time on the pool. A responsive host, met me, saw me off, showed me everything, recommended shops and restaurants. Need a car or taxi. You can walk to the beach in Kalkan, 10-15 minutes, back will be hard uphill due to the drop of heights, there is nowhere to leave a car by the beach. Beautiful beaches of Kaputas 10 minutes drive, Patara 25 minutes drive. Entrance to Patara is 15 euros per person, gives the right to visit 10 times within 10 days.

The house is very spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was clean and well prepared when we arrived. One of the highlights is its beautiful views, especially from the top floor terrace. It is a little bit tucked away from the town centre but only 5 min away from one of the beach clubs and has a couple of restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would recommend it and visit again.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

Ms. Özge was a very caring, helpful host who responded instantly when we had a problem or request. The house photos were as they appeared, and we were extremely pleased that the bathroom and kitchen were newly built. There were all the tools to cook at home, it is a great advantage for those who want to stay for a long time and don't want to eat out all the time:) The facility where the house is located was extremely beautiful, it was very important for us that the facility had its own beach, and of course the sea is magnificent! In addition, we also benefited from the restaurant and tennis court located in the facility, finding a free tennis court on vacation is a great luxury :) Thank you very much for everything, we will be back!!!

We had an amazing stay at Island View Villa. Check in was so easy and the villa was spotless. Eren was just next door and super helpful and responsive, disposing of our rubbish, answering questions and even helping with our suitcases on checkout. The villa itself is stunning, even better than the photos, a lovely walk down to the old town and taxis were very easy and reliable when we wanted to save our legs! We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect stay and I would recommend this villa to everyone.

The villa is located on a hill and offers a beautiful view of the sea from the bedrooms, terrace, and pool. Everything was clean and calm. I recommend.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Thanks to Anders for this amazing apartment. I was for a week and it is the best flat which you can find for one or a couple in Kalkan if you looking for the peace, quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful apartment at the quiet Kalkan region - Kisla, which is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. On the 2 and 3 floors there were no one at home, so it was absolutely quiet for all my vacation. There is a blooming garden, sun loungers, bbq, table with chers and a swimming pool. The pool is only a 1,5 deep, but it’s 100% enough to cool down on a hot day. it is really magical how it is good. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bed and a bed for children. I think this apartment would be great for 1, 2 or a couple with children. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners put a huge Welcome Pack. You can easily get from the apartment to the Patara or Kaputas beach It was a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back again!
