Holiday rentals with a patio in Kaş

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and accessible. Mr. Serkan and his family were very kind and showed the necessary sensitivity in all matters.

The house is located in a quiet and tranquil location. It should be considered that it will be necessary to drive to the center of Kaş. The items were new and convenient. She was very responsive to the needs. The cleanliness of the house was perfect. Ms. Meltem and her husband have strong communication and make every effort to help. We had a great vacation and felt right at home. We would like to thank Ms. Meltem and her husband.

Wonderful! The beautiful view you see in the photos is absolutely true. The apartment is attractive, clean, and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, and the washer works great. It's a short walk to a good grocery store, lots of restaurants, etc. On top of all that, the thoughtful, friendly host, Hafize, is amazing. She brought us Turkish dishes to try (delicious!), and she responded right away when we had a question. Overall she made us feel very welcome not only in her lovely apartment but in the charming town of Kalkan. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, and this one is something very special.

You will feel yourself at home. Ms. Ayça is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything has already been thought of at home. You don't feel any deficiency

It was a very nice house with a great view and all the necessities were considered. We enjoyed preparing our own breakfast and dinners with this beautiful view and enjoy every moment. The fact that it was very close to the center of Kalkan was also a great advantage. We are also very satisfied with the restaurant that Ms. Yasemin recommended. The house was incredibly clean. It has everything a home should have and more. There is a beach only 5 km away from the city and 500 meters away. The best of the AirBnb houses I've stayed in Turkey. I would definitely recommend it

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Simply PERFECT! The space is so clean that it looks brand new & you might think it was designed for us . The decoration is carefully chosen & very good taste . The equipment is impeccable . The layout with the outdoor kitchen is top!! We arrived late & despite everything the host was very responsive & truly welcoming . The location allows access at 15 minutes by car from the port for the departure of the excursions . For people with light sleep, you just have to plan for roosters and mosque to sing at dawn I highly recommend this listing ! Thank you for the lovely experience you gave us ☀️🥰

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

It was a very nice stay. The fact that the house is on the main road made transportation easier because we were without a car. But it's still hard to walk to at least a minibus to go nearby. Overall the house was clean and convenient. Just some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were worn out. We backed out of using them but overall things were enough. And we found the daily pool cleaning a little inadequate. We cleaned it ourselves. But they were very good at communication. Quick response returned and resolved our needs. The benefit can be preferred in terms of cost.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We were really pleased with the villa. We had no trouble communicating. The cleaning was impeccable; everything was sparkling. The furniture was brand new and spotless. Everything we needed at home was thought of – from kitchenware to towels. The amenities and details of the house seem to have been specially designed by a professional; perhaps they really are. If you have a vehicle, you can easily reach the door of the house directly. If there were no other guests after us, we would definitely want to extend our stay. Thanks for everything!

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs. Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi. There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car. The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off. Kalkan is lovely. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Wow! We are just at the end of a 10 night stay at Bijou Home. It is better than described in a quiet location just 2 streets up from the main part of Kalkan. Two streets up is a small bar called Keske, two streets down, the fabulous Rose Restaurant. Just across from Migros Jet and up to Kalamar Road, make sure you go to Mabeyn; Oz Adana on the main roundabout is superb! Spotlessly clean, superbly appointed and thoughtfully equipped. Huge wardrobes in both bedrooms; a lovely make up dressing table with good lighting and a hairdryer in the master bedroom. Every conceivable item you could wish for - a welcome pack of bread, ham, milk and water - needed after a long day and transfer!The pool is clean and deep; we were the only ones who used it. John and Nisa were fabulous, responsive hosts and very, very helpful. Thank you for trusting us with your beautifully curated home in glorious Kalkan. We highly recommend this apartment. If you come across a tiny kitten, I names her Raffa x

Great place to stay! Location, cleanliness, landscaping, convenience , tranquility, everything is at the highest level! The kitchen has everything you may need. Several types of tea, coffee, as well as small things you may need for cooking, for example, salt, oil, all spices, etc.! In general, I recommend it!!! I recommend renting a car!

Şakir was a great host. The apartment was in great condition with 5 pools, so you could always decide where to swim. The apartment is well equipped, you had everything you need to live, such as an iron or other everyday things, and the apartment was very central to the city center. Şakir continued to provide us with a lot of food which was not agreed upon before. The sea was also very close to the apartment and you were there in about 5 minutes. All in all had a great time.

Thanks to Anders for this amazing apartment. I was for a week and it is the best flat which you can find for one or a couple in Kalkan if you looking for the peace, quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful apartment at the quiet Kalkan region - Kisla, which is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. On the 2 and 3 floors there were no one at home, so it was absolutely quiet for all my vacation. There is a blooming garden, sun loungers, bbq, table with chers and a swimming pool. The pool is only a 1,5 deep, but it’s 100% enough to cool down on a hot day. it is really magical how it is good. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bed and a bed for children. I think this apartment would be great for 1, 2 or a couple with children. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners put a huge Welcome Pack. You can easily get from the apartment to the Patara or Kaputas beach It was a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back again!

Rosie's place has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Not far from Kalkan marina and town, restaurants and supermarket close by if you don't have a car to adventure yourself further, great swimming pool ,each apartment having their own allocated sun beds. a bit hilly on the way up to the apartment from town ( unless you are extremely fit , it can be challenging to walk up the hill under extreme heat) but plenty of taxis which charges you around 150 turkish lira. In few words, Rosie is a great host and her place can offer you a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much for your hospitality and recommendations Rosie!
