Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There is no word to describe the cleanliness of the house, it is perfect in one word Everything you can think of at home has been thought of, we thought what is not in the house, only a shoehorn is missing, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the items in the house work perfectly We would like to come back if we have time.

It is only 5 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. Very close to Büyükçakıl beach. The house is perfectly designed. Each room had spacious beds and bathrooms. The pool is very nice. 8 people are very comfortable and we had a very good holiday. The cleanliness was excellent. We always reached Ms. Merve very easily. The next time I come to Kas, I will stay in this house again without thinking.

Mesut was an absolute wonderful host! He brought us fresh eggs on our first morning, always had the pool looking pristine, gave excellent recommendations and checked on us daily to make sure everything was great! His place is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for a big breakfast meals and a few dinners. Sitting out on the patio and looking out to the beautiful mountains. The area is super close the exclusive part of Kalkan ( 5 minute drive) or a long walk… it’s also 30 minutes from Kas. We explored the mountains as well and had a blast. We did it on our own but you can check it out with tour companies. The whole area is safe, fun and vibrant! Enjoy your stay here! We sure did :)

Villa, bathroom, kitchen, towels, sheets, everything was tidy and clean. The view and infinity pool were very nice. The pool is cleaned every morning, the depth is ideal, we were able to put the sun loungers as it progresses in layers and it was pleasant to sunbathe. All kinds of tools and necessities are available at home. We brewed our filter coffee in the morning and made our barbecue in the evening. We had the conditions to enjoy and create a peaceful ambiance, and it was a very fun holiday for us. Mr. Yunus is a very good host, he solved the problem we had with the warm pool in a way that we could find a middle ground. Ms. Ayten was also very sweet. Apart from🧿 that, if I were to talk about a few small details, it would be cats and flies. We tried to get rid of our cat guests without😅 feeding them. We also got rid of the little flies in the morning by burning coffee and spraying off spray. Since it is in a mountainous area, such things are inevitable, it did not bother us much. In general, it was a very pleasant holiday for us, we would like to come again

The stay was impeccable, Tuna was of incomparable kindness and availability. We loved the villa, quiet, clean and surrounded by nature. Perfect for couple. Ideal location, close to many beaches and the village of Kalkan. We recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful, private and spotless villa which was extremely comfortable! Very comfortable bed, sofa, chairs and the outside furniture. The villa is 8-10 min drive into the centre’s of Kalkan, we hired a car but a taxi is about £200TL which is about £4.00 sterling each way. Kalkan has a number of beech clubs which you either drive to or catch the water taxi from the harbour. We visited zest,Calki & Lures beech club all fabulous! We did a private boat hire on Whisper 3 boat family. £450 for a private hire of 4. The most amazing lunch and day. Favourite restaurants, Blue Terrace Restaurant fabulous. Kaptan dine and dance & Ali kaptan Turizm excellent. Iskelle coffee shop. Day trip to Kaz town 30 min drive. 10 min walk from the villa to migros supermarket which was average best to shop in kalkan at the independent fish mongers, green grocers and butchers. 2 -3 hour drive from Dalaman Airport . Highly recommended for a week -10 days. Villa has 4 street dogs which Mehmet mum looks after!

The view, cleanness of the house and everything was perfect. Absolutely recommend everyone. We stayed 5 days and it was a great holiday.
