Apartment holiday rentals in Kaş

If you have the opportunity to stay here -- book it! I stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. The bed was super comfortable, the view is stunning and it never gets old. The furniture was new and comfortable. I had plenty of hot water and loved the large shower. There are small markets and a couple restaurants a short walk up the hill. The bus is directly across the driveway and cost just $.75 USD to get into the city and stops about every 20 minutes. The kitchen is super well stocked. Tolga was so helpful. He helped me get groceries when I arrived and covered the balance when I didn't have enough cash, until I was able to pay him back. He also brought me cash for the bus when I needed to get to town to an ATM. In addition, when I checked out to go to a hotel in the city for the second half of my stay in Kas, he ordered a taxi for me and even greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. This is, by far, my most favorite airbnb to date. I will stay here again if I return to Kas.

A great apartment to spend your vacation in the town of Kaş. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent a week there and would happily come back again. We had amazing dinners on the balcony with a breathtaking sunset view. The host was very kind. I can definitely recommend this place! One important point that could affect your trip — this apartment, like many others in the area, is located on a hill. It might be difficult for elderly people or those with excess weight to reach this location from the town center. But if you’re up for it, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning view from your apartment.

my friends and I really liked the ~10 days we spent here. the house has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, but the coolest thing (from my point of view) is the spacious kitchen-living room with a TV where we watched youtube every evening and drank Turkish tea =) the apartments are quite far from the center and it can be difficult/long to get there on foot, but in this case, the bus that regularly runs from the city center helps

We stayed a week and were very comfortable. The front room and the deck especially is where we spent the most time and both were lovely. Canan was very responsive with any questions and also helped us book transfers to and from Dalaman airport. Highly recommended! Thanks!

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

We were very comfortable during our stay in Kaş, the house was cleaned very thoroughly, everything we might need was thought of. A quiet, calm, peaceful home. Akçagerme beach is within walking distance to swim, and there is a nice coastal section for walking. We had a comfortable stay for 3 people. If I ever travel to Kaş again, it will be the first place I'll call. Thank you so much.

Location was perfect. Loads of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. Place was very clean.

Everything was lovely. It's a great place to spend time with my family. Everything is clean and cozy. The hot tub is great. Sleeping on the beds is a pleasure. I had a great night's sleep. The kitchen has everything you need. It's a bit far from the center, but if you're driving, it's not a problem. I recommend this place. It's beautiful.

There was everything to expect from an apartment, the view was very pleasant. Ms. Adile was also in contact with us. It was close to the beaches and it was easy to get there by car. We were very satisfied with our 7-day stay.

Amazing apartment in great location with all necessary equipment and necessities. Literally 2min walk to nearby macrocentre and migros with easy 20min stroll to the town. We love the plunge pool at the patio - very private and superb addition to the beautiful apartment. Alper was an outstanding host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Love the place and will definitely come back.

Best location in Kas, it's very comfortable to live here if you don't have scooter/car, but at the same time there's a good view (usually to have a nice view in Kas you have to live higher). There's your own entrance and your own garden, big balcony with nice view! Well equipped kitchen, big modern TV, good internet and the highlight of this house is the piano, playing with so fantastic view is a real pleasure! It's a bit dark in the bedroom as windows there overlook the garden, but the living room is light. If you face problems, be sure that the host will react immediately and help you! The host was very hospitable, caring and was always ready to help.

The very friendly hostess greeted us with a smile, and prepared flowers, fruit trays, snacks and wine for us. The Host's dad is a chef, with a beard and an apron, very cute! There is also a shy little boy and an elegant little white cat. The whole house is spotless, cozy and beautiful, with everything you need. I stayed here for 3 days and it made me feel like I was part of the town of Karlovy Vary. It's just like home, a paradise! Thanks guys! I hope to have the chance to come back!🌷🌷🌷

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Aynur's place. For me, the view from Gökseki is one of the most beautiful in Türkiye. The home was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for meal prep. Wonderful shower with amazing water pressure. Aynur was lovely and helpful! We love the main town of Kaş, and there are great ancient sites and beautiful places to visit in the region. We were glad to be outside the main town of Kaş, which works best if you have a car. In Kaş, there are plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, and other places for shopping. The day trip over to the Greek island of Meis/Kastellorizo is always enjoyable! We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much, Aynur!

first of all, we would like to thank Ms. Meryem. The house was spotless. My wife's fine line smelled very nice. It was like in the photos. The only flaw is a little on the hill and in the countryside, so it can be difficult. It is not far from the center, but you can have difficulty because there are rolling roads. There were many markets around the house. We did not have any problems. The house was quite sufficient. The house was quite enough. It was a great comfort to have a bathroom and toilet in both bedrooms. We even had a nice stay for 4 people. There was even salt and coffee liquid. We were also visited by the pig family at night. The 😄 view was amazing. We had a good time as the family was satisfied. We tried to leave the house as we found it when we left.

Mr. Talat is very friendly. Even though we arrived a little early, we checked into our immaculate home. The location of the house was great for my expectations. The most ideal location as Kalkan is already in the middle to visit the natural wonders around. It is even close to Ölüdeniz. Which I think you can enjoy snake roads at high altitudes by listening to the maps on the way, but I recommend choosing your own easy route when you return. Two neighborhood dogs will keep you company when you walk on the street, one of which is grizzly, one white (spotted on the back), you don't have to be afraid of them, extremely friendly dogs on the contrary. Very nice accommodation close to everywhere if you are going by car. Very close to Kaputas Beach, the natural wonder, and Patara Beach. In addition, a peaceful stay between the natural neighborhood of the region. A clean and pleasant accommodation offered by a beautiful family, which I can recommend for those who want to go anywhere by car, as long as you don't want to leave the house in the evening and take a walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aydin's place. Lovely views and a well equipped home with everything you need. Kalkan is also a beautiful area with nice shops and restaurants.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

The place is much nicer than the pictures,that's why we extended our vacation.. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all & amenities for a wonderful holiday.. 2 minutes from the center by car and 15 minutes from Kaputash and Patara.. There is a parking place.. We would happily come back again.

Well you can see why Hikmet is a super host !. This is our second trip to Kalkan this year and we saw this and instantly knew where this place was. Hikmet was super responsive and met us at the gate of the apartments. The apartment itself is a duplex and exactly as described. It’s accessed by stairs so perhaps not suitable for those with mobility issues. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and we were given a tour on arrival. The pool is great - unheated but an excellent size and far bigger than those in the villas we’ve rented previously. There are great sun loungers and a fridge for residents to buy alcohol and soft drinks by marking in your book what you’d had, and then paying on departure. It’s ideal for Town and a short downhill 10 minute stroll to the taxi rank and access to loads of restaurants. This is our 3rd trip to Kalkan and you won’t be disappointed booking here. There are a number of other apartments here so plenty of choice.
