Villa holiday rentals in Kaş

We stayed for 3 nights with another couple in Ziya's Villa. It is in a beautiful location about 30 minutes drive from Kas. The Villa worked out great for 2 couples as we had privacy and our own en-suites. The kitchen was perfect for preparing small meals and there was a lot of space for us to relax. It was a bit cool to use the pool but the outside area and pool were lovely. Very nice also to have the washing machine available to do a bit of laundry. Ziya met us at the Villa and once you have the right location for Google maps it wasn't hard to find. Just a bit confusing if you enter the address provided as it didn't indicate the actual location of the Villa. Very nice host who was friendly, helpful, and available when needed.

It is only 5 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. Very close to Büyükçakıl beach. The house is perfectly designed. Each room had spacious beds and bathrooms. The pool is very nice. 8 people are very comfortable and we had a very good holiday. The cleanliness was excellent. We always reached Ms. Merve very easily. The next time I come to Kas, I will stay in this house again without thinking.

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There is no word to describe the cleanliness of the house, it is perfect in one word Everything you can think of at home has been thought of, we thought what is not in the house, only a shoehorn is missing, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the items in the house work perfectly We would like to come back if we have time.

We had a great stay at this villa! The house looked exactly like the photos — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The garden and pool were regularly taken care of, which made everything even more enjoyable. There’s a market within walking distance, which was super convenient. The villa is also very close to Kalkan, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

This place is magnificent. The location and views are stunning. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. Our host, Şehnaz, was amazing! She provided us with detailed information about the location, which made it so easy to navigate, she was very responsive and super helpful. Overall, this is the BEST place to stay on the peninsula.

The villa is located in a stunning location,on the mountainside, surrounded by olive trees, with amazing views of the mountains and valleys. We visited during the quieter times and the place was so peaceful perfect for a much needed break. Spending time by the fireplace, enjoying the views through the panoramic windows was priceless! Bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with good utensils and everything we required. The owners were very lovely people who gave us a warm welcome and helped to light the fire and the grill. They were very attentive host and nothing was too much for them. It was a lovely stay indeed. We will definitely be coming back to this place again!

It was a wonderful accommodation experience! 🌟 The villa was exactly as I saw in the ads, and even more beautiful. Its location is very central but also quiet and peaceful; it is a few minutes away from the market, beach and restaurants. The house was spotless—everything from kitchen equipment to bed linens was sparkling.  The house is tastefully decorated, the rooms are spacious and full of sunlight. It was especially enjoyable to have morning coffee on the large terrace. The pool was also well-maintained and the water was refreshing; perfect for relieving the tiredness of the day.  Communication with our host was perfect. From the time of booking to the moment of departure, we received instant, sincere and solution-oriented answers to all our questions - we felt truly special. In short, we had a 10 out of 10 experience in terms of location, space, communication and cleanliness. This villa is really comfortable and good. All is clean and here you can find everything you need. Lots of things for big family. You need to have a car to get there and you can go everywhere by car nearby. Ancient town Patara is nearby and lots of sightseeing around. You can go to Oludeniz and paraglide there as well. The way will take 1,5 hours by car. We spend a great time here. We could play in the living room looking on the sea and mountains. It’s a very good place for big groups of people. Thanks to the host Omer who was really helpful and we had always fast response from him.

Kagan was a wonderful host. He met us upon checkin to answer all of our questions and give us a tour of the rooms and amenities. He was also very helpful with guidance on things to do in the area and where to eat, taking into account our personal preferences. The house is stunning and homey. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need - we felt right at home! The only issue we had was some electrical outages at different points during the trip, but Kagan was very responsive and rectified each issue as soon as he could. We hope to stay here again soon!!

The villa was as in the photos and descriptions. It was clean and every detail was thought out. We had a comfortable and very peaceful holiday. Mr. Arif offered us olive oil and eggs, he was very kind, thank you very much. We also had no issues with communication. It is a place that we can choose again with peace of mind.

We have loved staying at the villa. Beautiful place right . Easy to get to kas town centre on the town minibus which goes every half hour and stops right outside the villa. Plenty of space for us all. Would love to come again . Also host so helpful with airport transfers

Would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for our group for 5 nights. The kitchen was fully stocked, we used the grill for dinner, and the filtered water tap saved us countless trips to the store for drinking water. Linens were fresh and we even found beach towels. The hosts were super responsive and came right over when we had trouble with the washer once. Friendly and curious and made us feel right at home!

An absolutely beautiful villa, just as the pictures show, the view is so fantastic and it feels very private. Very well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor BBQ area with running water to this. Walkable to a couple of restaurants but requires the shuttle/car/taxi to get to Kaş. A perfect stay all around!

Villa, bathroom, kitchen, towels, sheets, everything was tidy and clean. The view and infinity pool were very nice. The pool is cleaned every morning, the depth is ideal, we were able to put the sun loungers as it progresses in layers and it was pleasant to sunbathe. All kinds of tools and necessities are available at home. We brewed our filter coffee in the morning and made our barbecue in the evening. We had the conditions to enjoy and create a peaceful ambiance, and it was a very fun holiday for us. Mr. Yunus is a very good host, he solved the problem we had with the warm pool in a way that we could find a middle ground. Ms. Ayten was also very sweet. Apart from🧿 that, if I were to talk about a few small details, it would be cats and flies. We tried to get rid of our cat guests without😅 feeding them. We also got rid of the little flies in the morning by burning coffee and spraying off spray. Since it is in a mountainous area, such things are inevitable, it did not bother us much. In general, it was a very pleasant holiday for us, we would like to come again

The villa is even better than the photos.. Great location and amazing scenery. Due to villa's location on the hill, the house benefits from the breeze and is definitely cooller than central Kas and Kalkan. The staff communivated well and was very responsive for every query and need. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend this villa for everyone.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Müge at Kozy Holidays, was extremely kind and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. She added so many beautiful little attentions throughout our stay that made it feel extra special. The views were absolutely spectacular, and everything was spotless. Highly recommend!

Wonderful villa with breathtaking views all around. We’ll equipped and spotlessly clean. We didn’t meet Ilkay but Erjan the maintenance guy was very attentive and helpful. Kas is a delightful town and we fully recommend Kaptan Pide for tasty pide all day long! Thank you for a great stay.

We have just got home and want to go back already. Efe is amazing! He’s really responsive and super helpful. The villa was beautiful. Great location. It was clean. A little musty smell downstairs but it was really early in the season and I assumed it was from maybe being closed up for a while. Efe got someone out immediately when we accidentally broke the door handle. Beds were huge. Super comfy. We would defo defo return.

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. The pool is large enough and offers a lot of privacy due to the privacy screen, no direct view possible – you are all by yourself. Quiet location, everything is easily accessible by car. A one-to-one place for those who want privacy, calm and quiet in the forest. All the items you need are available in the house. It is within driving distance to historical places and the beach. The host, Mr. Ramazan, was caring and friendly. We had a nice vacation. & Thank you for everything
