Kikki is a very nice host, helpful and flexible. The accommodation was great. Maybe need some maintenance but otherwise fresh and good through.

This is a cottage with a modern feel but still warm and homey. Everything is very well equipped - there are kitchen utensils, air conditioning, plenty of beds, a perfect lawn and a road that leads directly down to the lake. It was even better than we had expected! We really hope to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful accommodation in the future.

We had an amazing weekend. The house and the outdoor area met the expectations and more. All facilities. We will gladly come back!

We felt completely at home from beginning to end. Top amenities, cozy furnishings and the large terrace on three sides of the house, everything is great. The only thing that was sometimes annoying were the young drivers who liked to turn up the engine on the street. But most of the time it was wonderfully quiet. The location with the swimming spot in sight and hiking trails starting right at the house is perfect. We didn't meet Daniel in person, but he always kept in touch via chat and responded super quickly. We highly recommend this property.

An absolute dream surrounded by nature! The house is wonderfully quiet in the forest with a breathtaking view of the lake – pure relaxation. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: sauna, jacuzzi and a lovingly designed, tasteful furnishings make the stay perfect. You can tell how much heart is in this. Communication with the host was also great – super friendly, always available and quick to respond. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation!

Very cute and spacious house in a great location, private and full of wildlife. Åsa was very responsive. House was well equipped, indoors and outdoors.

The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. We had a wonderful time. The amenities are great, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, good for relaxing yet not far from activities. We were also able to store our bikes. Highly recommend overall!

We are so happy that we booked this. Great if you want to stay in the countryside and a very cozy place that I highly recommend others to book. Incredible surroundings and easy to take the car 15-20 minutes into Karlstad. If we go up again, we will definitely book again.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The place has everything you need, and the cozy setup makes you feel right at home. It’s great for cooking, too. The host was super friendly and spoke good English. Totally recommend the jetty right on Lake Värmeln!

The apartment is bright and spacious. Everything you need to live is available, super clean and well maintained. Patrik is a great host, communicates excellently and without difficulty. I can only recommend and come back.
