Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kapolei

Tiffany and Nichole were very nice, reaching out to me before my arrival to coordinate and help our family access the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and very nice. My boys loved the apartment, the pools, the beaches, and the restaurants nearby (Monky Pod was our favorite). The apartment has a nice balcony view of the ocean. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Excellent location and great apartment! The space was updated and very clean. We especially appreciated all of the items available for use: beach chairs, kids beach toys, pack and play, cookware, knives and cutting board, etc. The closest beach is just a block away and perfect for small kids- it was shallow and had a sea wall to keep the stronger waves out. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal location off the Waikiki strip but still plenty to do with more accessible beaches and shops. Easy to park, great spot to grab some groceries and grill kabobs by the pool! Use the concierge to set up your beach cabana and just get to relaxing. Truly one of the best locations you can stay with exquisite accommodations. Of note: beds are f i r m, water pressure is plentiful, bedrooms are completely private from one another, seriously just bring your swimsuit and enjoy :)

We loved the condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, easy to check in and the best view ever. Melissa was beyond accommodating, she let us check in earlier, was responsive and easy to communicate with. We booked this unit for next year and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much.

We definitely recommend Gerard’s place! The view was amazing! It was so nice opening the window in the morning with the Hawaiian breeze. We could see the ocean, the mountains, and city views. It’s only a few minutes to the beach, all the shops, and good food places. Easy access to bus stops and the Waikiki market made our stay incredibly convenient. Finally, the delightful little gifts left on the table for when we arrived was a lovely touch that made our anniversary stay in Hawaii very special. We bought the same items as souvenirs for friends and family in Australia. Thank you Gerard!

Great stay, great location, good communication - a few things could make this place even better. The dryer was inconsistent - would shut off at random. Some of the dishes were dirty. A hand soap pump would be a plus. Deliveries are made complicated by the resort, BUT it was a wonderful stay overall and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice view, walking distance from many delicious food options (Had Poke across the street at Maguro brothers, and 1st floor of building has Musubi Cafe for masubi’s); ABC store nearby for sun screen, etc.; driving distance from many cool places outside Waikiki too. I also travel with my Moka pot for coffee and it was nice to have an electrical burner for it :)

Great location, with beautiful view of diamond head and the beach. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Teddy's burgers in the lobby was a fantastic place to eat with great food.

Great space, great location. Easy to get to and from. My first trip to Hawaii and the accommodations supplemented a fantastic experience. I hope to go back soon. Kendall

Kenny was a great host for our stay. His instructions really helped in checking in. He also provided extra towels and beach stuff . we really loved the view from our bedroom. Would definitely come back next time .

I absolutely loved staying here! The space was perfect for me as I so enjoyed the balcony view of both Diamond Head and Waikīkī Beach. I would use this spot again if returning to Oahu!

The beach was so close I could just walk there barefoot. It was right by the beach, so I went there barefoot😎

I had a great stay at this studio apartment in Honolulu! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, plus the ABC convenience store for any quick needs. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and had a large, comfortable bed which made it feel like home. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view. The sunrises and sunsets from the apartment were beautiful, and I especially loved enjoying them on the 10th-floor terrace, where I had dinner out there multiple times—what a great spot!. The zoo was directly across the street, which was perfect for a visit with my grandson. We also rented scooters just a minute away, making it easy to get around. As for the cons, there was some street noise due to the sliding glass door facing a busy street, but it quieted down in the evenings. My stay here added to my overall great visit to Hawaii.

It's been a very pleasant stay at Young's place. Young is a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and helping host. Location of the apartment is super convenient, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, International Market mall, supermarkets, and bus stops which take you to many attractions. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and clean, not to mention the beds are super comfortable, too! We would certainly stay again for our next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo~

Beautiful condo and everything was very clean and fresh. Close to everything. Bonus for free parking with added beach chairs and umbrella. Very happy with our stay and will for sure stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Overall perfect for what we needed. It’s great for a family of four. The kids had their own space in the living room. The place is clean, well stocked with anything you could need. AC in both living room and bedroom kept things cool enough for the tropic location. We drove, but you could walk to the beach easily. Pools great. Back patio I sat outside in the grass every morning on one of the beach chairs. That area is a little cluttered but I get it cuz it’s used for beach storage. Beds were soft but comfy. Pillows good too. Only wished there were extension cords cuz plugs were farther away than cords. Water is DELICIOUS and plenty of ice made in ice maker. Foodland close by or the Ritz has a place for stuff. Front area you see plumerias and had lots of wonderful gecko sightings. Wasn’t loud above us at all. Neighbors next door lights were very bright at night if you ever went outside at night. All in all great place! It was amazing and host very attentive! If we come back: it’s here!

We were here for family wedding at Turtle Bay Resort and it was the perfect location. Great access to many amenities and beaches. Nice, comfy, clean, well equipped condo. Easy relaxing place to stay.

Tom’s apartment was located right in the heart of Waikiki, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants/bars. The property is accurately represented by the pictures shown in the listing. Loved that we had beach chairs, and towels provided. For anyone renting a car (and I do believe Tom mentions this on the listing as well) I would just like to emphasize that a compact vehicle would best fit in the parking spot. I rented a 2022 Dodge Charger and although it was able to fit in the space, the back end was definitely sticking out a little bit. All in all, Toms property provided everything we needed to enjoy our time in paradise.

My family just returned from a truly wonderful vacation at the Hawaiian Princess. Mary’s place was perfect - very clean, cozy, and quiet. My husband is a go-go-go type of guy who has a hard time sitting still, and he said that this is the most relaxed he’s ever been. It’s not located in a walkable neighborhood, but after spending all day playing in the soft sand of the beach, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and napping between beach time, we were all ready to sleep once the sun went down. We happened to have big waves the entire time we were there due to NW winds, which meant no swimming out into the water for us, but my young kids had fun watching body surfers as well as playing in the swash. Mary was always quick to respond, which made our stay that much more pleasant and easy. We would love to come back for another stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this lovely space! The room is clean and tidy. It has a stunning ocean view, and the building's location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The most important feature of this place is its free parking, especially when you rent a car for a family trip like ours. Dolly is a very kind and responsible host. She provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, including parking, trash, and laundry details. She also quickly replied to my messages every time I had questions. I would definitely recommend this place to families traveling to Hawaii.
