This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

The 4 grandkids wanted to stay 3 months! The pool and room to accommodate our kids and their families was the reason we booked for a week! There is so much room, we didn’t feel on top of each other and there were so many things to do with games and if wanting to watch different tv shows on different levels. Close to wonderful parks for kiddos and close to stores. I’m so glad we were able to book this. Zachary was a super great host!!! He is very responsive! If we were to come out this way again as a large group, I would definitely book again!.

The home is located in a peaceful, quiet safe area with a fenced yard to die for. Our grandson and two standard poodles loved to run and chase squirrels. Check in was easy and Christopher was responsive to all questions and or issues and quite frankly only one issue and it was cleared immediately by Christopher and some new batteries. Grocery and food were within a 10-15 minute drive which was convenient and getting on the highway was a breeze. The home was clean and had amble space to fit the 3 of us plus the poodles, The home is old but plenty of updates made. We would return in future if the occasion arises. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. Thanks Christopher.

Such a lovely home! Gorgeous backyard with a modern deck and outdoor furniture. We sat out there and watched the fireflies in the evening. Magical!

The house is in a great location! Quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown activities. The house looked exactly like it was shown in pictures and was very clean and cozy.

We had a great stay, what a lovely, cozy home in a fantastic, centrally located neighborhood. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, a nice shower, a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi. Patrick was a fantastic host and responded very quickly when we had a small issue. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a quick refresh and nap in between a 30 hour road trip, home was cozy and easy to find, neighborhood felt safe, it was a treat seeing the lightning bugs in the backyard! Thanks for opening your home to us!

Place was just as described, Kc was very helpful and was responsive with any of our request. It was a nice walk to the ballpark which is just around the corner. We will book again if in the area

This is my favorite style of Airbnb. Established neighborhood, nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom, and furnished and decorated with some charm and not just full of IKEA furniture. Beds were super comfortable and it couldn’t have been quieter. Will book again as needed in the future.

A great place to stay outside of Kansas City with a shopping district nearby. A quick ride down the freeway and you’re in downtown Kansas City. The area was quiet and peaceful with nice views into the property. The place was comfortable and clean.

This place is great, and it was perfect for our trip to Worlds of fun since it’s only a 15 min drive there. I highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere small and cozy !

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. House was as described-plenty of space to live, eat and sleep. Our grandkids really enjoyed the indoor playhouse and the outside hot tub. And the swings on the island! The decor is very attractive and beds and bathrooms comfortable. We had a maintenance problem and the owners were super responsive. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is about 25-30 minutes away from most attractions but the drive was easy and the roomy quiet setting was worth the drive each day. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food close to the house. I would definitely recommend this home.

Hello, my name is Marie Moise and im from florida. my family and i went to kansas city for 4 days vacations . Who ever going to kansas city missouri, i recommende you to rent that place on gladstone place for your private stay and you won't regreat it.

My family and I were in KC for a few nights and this was a perfect place to stay. It was close to everything we needed, easy parking, great hosts, and a clean, unique spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host and location, would rent again!

The surrounding were very peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was amazing for some relaxation. The kitty cat was a sweet soul. Mark was very responsive to a few wasp near the front door. Thank you! Will be back for sure.
