We loved Nicholas’s place! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and he was super responsive any time we messaged him.

My wife and I had a great stay at Cheryl's guest suite! From a dedicated parking spot, to easy access, to a fully stocked and immaculate space, I would 100% recommend staying here. The location can't get any better - 18 mins to downtown, 30 mins to airport, walking distance to old OP. Cheryl is an excellent communicator, and was so friendly and accommodating for us on check in / check out.

Kelli's upstairs space was beautiful. I loved her attention to details in the space from the original raw wood floors to the fixtures on the clawfoot bathtub and antique vanity sink. The AC unit was perfect for a blast of cool air and the massive king bed was extremely comfortable with it's linen coverings and real dense feather pillows. It was perfect for a quick stay passing through Kansas City.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was super easy to find, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to so many great restaurants, cafes, and interesting spots to explore. Whether we were walking around or taking a quick ride, everything we needed was nearby. The host was equally fantastic—very communicative and incredibly responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

Crody was very responsive, accommodating, and we loved the place. Even though you're right in the heart of downtown on Broadway Blvd, it's peaceful and quiet when inside! Safe and walkable. A++

The Park House was a wonderful place to stay. We were in room 4 which is at the top of the 4th floor. There is no elevator but at 80, I still was okay getting up, and down for that matter. The room was worth the hike up the stairs. It was large, comfortable, very clean. There is a train that goes by that is less than a block away and it does blow its whistle all night HOWEVER, you are provided ear plugs which worked well enough to block the sound. During the night the train does a quiet "toot toot" so it does not bother you. There is a great coffee house right across the street from the Park House with excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches and some sweets. Even with being on the main street there is little street noise and even with the train we will DEFINETLY make the Park House our place to stay when in Kansas City. Loved it.

Reasonably priced for a quick get away Walkable ability score 10 out of 10 to downtown. Nice community. Host was 10 out of 10. Lodging quality is cute and enough for a get away stay. Close to the main drag.

Great location in Overland Park! Private entrance and parking, easy check in and out. Perfect for a quick KC trip, you will need a car!

Ashley is a fantastic host. She is super responsive and even reaches out proactively to make sure everything is going smoothly. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. We’ve stayed in this little strip of condos several times over the years and were so happy to find one still available. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The appliances are full sized and in a spacious kitchen. There are plenty of spices, plates, glasses, cookware and knives. There are also full sized toiletries in case you’ve forgotten your own. There’s an iron and ironing board as well as full sized mirror, all of which make getting ready a breeze. The unit is in a fun area of town with great restaurants and art galleries all around. One of our favorite restaurants, Ragazza, is directly below the unit. The food is phenomenal and the folks working there make you feel like family. The area of town is within 20 minutes of everything. Downtown, suburbs, wherever. Reserved parking too! We will be back!

You CANNOT beat the location for the price. Overall this rental was exactly what we were looking for as far as being close to the river market but having a kitchen and try and save a bit instead of a hotel. We had some issues with cleanliness but they weren’t egregious and I got the impression that it was likely an accidental miss by the cleaners. A few things to note: the building is historic and not only are there stairs plentiful but they are steep and a little uneven. It was fine (if a workout) but if you have any mobility issues at all, friend this one isn’t for you. Also, the building is primarily an office building and directly below is an office that had people working at 9am on Saturday and when I say that I could hear every word they said from my bed I am not exaggerating but ironically the street was super quiet most of the time. Lastly, either ask for extra towels or bring your own bc they give you a minimum and no toiletries. For the money it was ultimately great for us!

I absolutely loved this place!!! Soooo welcoming and Ana provided helpful tips and cute amenities like oatmeal and granola bars. It was very clean which is very important to me and I loved the homey feel and decor!!! My new favorite place to stay while in Kansas City!!!!

Angie was a great host and the apartment was just as described. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay there and would stay again if we ever need a place for a night or two in KC!

We enjoyed our stay at Trevor’s place. Great location just a few minutes walk to the Plaza. Kitchen was well-equipped and management was very responsive. Though the parking lot was not available, we found parking right in front of the unit every time during our 6-day stay over Memorial Day weekend. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time at this location. Many options for dining and entertainment all within minimal walking distance. Amenities were nice, pay attention to hosts directions as the hallways can get confusing without. We enjoyed our stay and would book again with this host

We had a wonderful time staying with Nichole! She was super responsive and friendly and the apartment was large and very immaculate. Also the location is absolutely unbeatable! Next time we’re in town we will certainly be looking to return!

Jason’s place is great! I’ve stayed multiple times now. The team is easy to communicate with and makes sure we have everything we need!

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!
