Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kansas City

We came in for the Yankees-Royals game and Becky’s place had everything we needed. It was even better than the pictures. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to anyone else needing a place to stay in the KC area!

Such a lovely home! Gorgeous backyard with a modern deck and outdoor furniture. We sat out there and watched the fireflies in the evening. Magical!

This place was exactly what we needed for us and our two cats as we landed in KC after long flights. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all the little extras that you sometimes forget when you’re traveling. Christine has truly gone above and beyond to make this place homey and inviting. I will absolutely be back if I need to stay in the area again!

Laura’s place was better than described. Very clean and updated. Neighborhood was very nice. House was close to restaurants and entertainment.

Great spot in Prairie Village. Super clean. Modern appliances. Quiet. Laura responded quickly to my questions, though I had very few since everything is spelled out very clearly in the online instructions. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Property was just exactly as it was in the pictures. Patio and backyard were very peaceful places to be during sunset. All the rooms were very spacious and clean. Very big property and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended to those looking for a big place to stay with friends or family!!

This is my favorite style of Airbnb. Established neighborhood, nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom, and furnished and decorated with some charm and not just full of IKEA furniture. Beds were super comfortable and it couldn’t have been quieter. Will book again as needed in the future.

Clean and organized place, has everything a home needs to have. We stayed for a month and were satisfied. Auguste was really prompt in his replies and were quick to help us whenever we needed help!

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

The place was pristine and was everything it was described as. Alot of really nice personal touches that were lovely. Was in a great neighbourhood, felt very safe in an unfamiliar area. katrin was very accomodating also.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Take a step back in time with all the luxuries of today. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. A really different atmosphere that was fun to stay in.

The inside is very nice and homey. The food next door was great and everyone was very helpful!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Old house charm with modern amenities, mixed with the beautiful community garden next door, made our stay feel like we were on vacation. I totally recommend it! Comfy, cozy, and easy to get into. Also a nice porch to sit out at night or in the morning.

Spacious accommodations. A history buffs dream! You’ll be glad you chose this comfy, interesting loft. Location allows for exploring Leavenworth and Weston! Would stay again!

We enjoyed staying here. So relaxing, comfortable, clean, stocked with supplies and treats. Everything, including a comfortable bed, that we needed for a good stay. The patio was our favorite spot to listen to the distance trains and fun birds. (so close to get on freeways too)

Melanie's place was just as described. We felt at home and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay again with Melanie! She was a great hostess and was very responsive with anything that we needed!

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Jeff and kims had everything. From toilet paper to bath products to cleaner. There were snacks on the table for us and a few bottles of cold water in the fridge. After driving 12 hours with 4 kids and the humidity change.. that was nice to come into. And helped save some bucks on breakfast and snacks. There was extra bedding. Washer/dryer. Really everything someone would need. It was really nice to not drive home with mounds of dirty clothes or having to go spend time at laundromat before driving 12 hours home. House was clean. As described. Nice neighborhood. All sorts of things within walking distance. Great communication. Thank you very much.

It was a great spot to stay at. Close to everything we needed. The place was clean and well maintain. Would book again in the future.
