Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kalymnos

Περάσαμε υπέροχα το Πάσχα σε αυτό το εξαιρετικό Airbnb στην Κάλυμνο! Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγραφόταν στην πλατφόρμα—πεντακάθαρο, ολοκαίνουργιο και γεμάτο φρεσκάδα. Τα έπιπλα και ο εξοπλισμός μύριζαν καινούργιο, δίνοντας αίσθηση πολυτέλειας και άνεσης. Η θέα στο βουνό μαγευτική, ιδανική για στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας, ο Μικές, ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πρόσχαρος, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η λεπτομέρεια στην άνεση ήταν απίστευτη—το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια εξαιρετικά άνετα, με διαφορετικές επιλογές για κάθε προτίμηση. Το κλειστό ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στην αυλή ήταν ένα επιπλέον πολύ μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Πέντε αστέρια είναι λίγα για αυτή την εμπειρία! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον!

Muhteşem bir konaklamaydı, ev harika, manzara çok güzel. Zia'ya çok yakın yürüyerek 3 dk müthiş yemekler var. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı her konuda çok ilgili, ayrıca hediyesi için de çok teşekkür ederiz, harika anı bıraktı bize. Çok teşekkürler 🙏

Encore un séjour très agréable chez Nicoletta où j’ai découvert « Spitaki » la jolie petite maison individuelle toute rénovée. L’endroit est très calme avec une vue sur la mer et les collines. Angeliki et Babbi qui veillent à tout sur place ont été adorables. Je reviendrai, c’est certain.

Selva is a great and kind host, she responded to my requests very quickly and made me feel like I was in my own home. The view from the apartment is amazing and so close to all the great places in yalikavak. Would recommend this place to any of my relative and/or friends!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen von Kamari. Giannis war jederzeit gut erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und uns bereits drei Tage vor der Anreise alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns etwas überrascht hat: Einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir diese Unterkunft gebucht haben, war der Eindruck auf den Fotos, dass sie völlig allein auf dem Hügel liegt. Tatsächlich ist jedoch direkt daneben (auf gleicher Höhe) ein weiteres Apartment angebaut. Dadurch kann man sich gegenseitig gut sehen und auch hören, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, da die Entfernung recht gering ist. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen, gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. Der Blick auf den allabendlichen Sonnenuntergang war umwerfend. Schöne Terrasse und an alles gedacht wie Sonnenhüte und Strandlaken. Die letzten Meter zum Haus sind für das Auto eine Herausforderung, aber beherrschbar. Gute Gaststätte ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen!👍

Si vous cherchez à vous débrancher du monde qui vous a fatigué, c’est l’endroit idéal pour remplir les piles. L’énergie du lieu est incroyable. Un horizon magnifique, décoré chaque après-midi splendide, vous sentez les élément, vent, soleil et la nature dans laquelle vous aller baigner. Simplicité (autonomie solaire) et logement sobre construit avec beaucoup d’amour, tout neuf mais traditionnel. Propreté impeccable, et contact Icariote avec les propriétaires.

We had a great stay! The terrace is lovely and offers wonderful views. The apartment is well equipped and located jn a calm neighborhood. A car is recommended! Niki is a very friendly and super responsive host and did her best to make us enjoy our stay. We had a little problem with the wifi and she instantly came and fixed it. Afterwards the connection was good and we were able to do some work related zoom calls. We really enjoyed our time.

Maria’s place is absolutely fantastic – even better than what you see in the pictures, both inside and out. The bed is super comfortable, and the wooden shutters are great for keeping the light and heat out when needed. Despite the heat, we only had to run the air conditioning on low. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need, making it feel just like home. Maria was very friendly and supported all our inquiries, while still making us feel like we had full privacy throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and local restaurants just a stone’s throw away. There are also bars within walking distance near the beach. Plus, it’s ideally situated on the island, so you can reach most other neighborhoods with just a 10-15 minute drive. This was definitely one of our top Airbnb stays so far!

Very nice appartment with a great view. The hosts were kind their hospitality was great. They even run a restaurant downstairs, were you can eat the most delicious greek food. We already miss them at the airport.

Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία δίπλα στην παραλία του Πέρα γυαλού. Το διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση με highlight το μπαλκόνι που ειπναι φανταστικό. Ευχαριστούμε για μια ωραία διαμονή.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Perched atop the headland, you have 360 degree views of the beach and mountains. It’s the sort of place I stare up at from the ground and always thought how lucky those people must be to stay there. Here’s your opportunity! Charitomeni was also incredibly kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Tout était parfait ! On nous avait prévenu que les grecs étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable, Andrea et son mari nous l’ont confirmé. Merci encore pour tout ce que vous nous avez laissé, Nous avons passé un super séjour ! :)

I had a lovely stay here when on Kalymnos for climbing. The apartment is located in the middle between the upper and lower road in Masouri, so it is sheltered from most of the scooter noise, while still being very close to restaurants and shops. The Trois Ilots climbing sector is also within walking distance. The sun rises just before 9 am, and sets at 8 pm, so you get as much sun as you could want on the large terrace in front of the apartment. From the terrace you have a lovely view of Myrthies, the ocean and Telendos. The owners are very friendly and flexible, and clean the apartment daily. I was working remotely during the stay and the WiFi worked perfectly for video calls and my other work. I hope to stay here next year as well :)

We had a great time in this apartment. The big window with the view on the beautiful garden and landscape and the two balconies are just wonderful. When we asked for a bowl to make salat Dimi brought us not only this but lemons from the garden and vinegar. He also greeted us personally when we arrived and gave us tips for exploring the island. We definitely recommend and would visit again.

The hosts are super friendly and welcoming, we felt at home right away! The location is phenomenal and there are so many good restaurants just a few minutes away. We hope to have the chance to come back soon! Would definitely recommend🫶🏻

Riki was an amazing host and reached out ahead of time to help make sure our arrival was smooth and easy. Incredible and peaceful location, with gorgeous flowers all around. This was the perfect place for our group- we reserved two rooms so that 7 of us could all be together and cook. We loved it and would stay again without hesitation!

Het was een hele fijne ruimte vlak boven de heerlijke pizzeria. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de accommodatie wat op loopafstand van het strand is en de drukke winkeltjes. De douchekop zit wel vrij los in de houder maar verder is ook de badkamer schoon en netjes

Μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ ήσυχο μέρος, πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο με όλα τα αναγκαία. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθεαρα αξιοθέατατα του νησιού. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στην εξαιρετική ιδιοκτητρια Αργυρω , η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη, πλήρως κατατοπιστικη και πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία..Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα ως μια άριστη επιλογή στο πανέμορφο νησι της Λέρου!!! Αργυρω σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. Στο επανιδειν!!!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Vi er svært fornøyde med vårt opphold i Ioannis sin leilighet. Vi ble møtt med vennlighet og veldig god service av Ioannis! Leiligheten var litt liten for fem jenter, men godt utstyrt med alt av fasiliteter. Det var rent og ryddig. Vi elsket beliggenheten, da det var kun to minutter gange til stranden og ca femten minutter unna gamlebyen.

I proprietari di casa sono venuti a prenderci al porto, per aiutarci con le valigie! La casa è in una zona di Amorgos perfetta per qualsiasi tipo di attività, inoltre a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con una vista spettacolare (incluso il tramonto). casa pulita e accogliente con tutti i confort possibili. L'host risponde velocemente a qualsiasi richiesta ed era felice di darci consigli per qualsiasi cosa. bellissima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ☺️
