Very nice and quiet place, a unique living. Fantastic for the construction and history buffs. Well located with proximity to all of Öland. Lovely with local producers who sold vegetables, eggs, etc. Right next to the property. Clear instructions and nice treatment, easy to connect with the host. Recommend to stay here.

We would definitely visit this place again. This is our fifth time booking one of Andreas’ places, and it's always perfectly lovely.

We felt very comfortable right away and the location was super idyllic and quiet. The terrace was great to enjoy the sun in the early evening after excursions. Even with the baby, it was very relaxed. Everything you need was available in the accommodation and it was cozily furnished. The only thing that was a bit impractical was that you can't darken the sleeping areas. We enjoyed our time very much and can highly recommend the accommodation!

All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

Our stay at Krille and Kia was simply super! We felt very relaxed in the beautiful rural surroundings. We will certainly remember this address for a possible next visit in the area. Greetings Marjan and Lieven

Nice and newly renovated apartment with everything you need. A nice balcony where we enjoyed the evening sun. Close and easy to go by bus into town and buses running late at night. We were a group of girls of three and this was perfect accommodation for us.

A spacious, comfortable home in quiet and peaceful surroundings. It is well placed for the Centre of Kalmar and for getting to Oland. Tobias’ house absolutely fulfilled our expectations.

A beautiful space. Beautifully designed spaces. Great kitchen. Upstairs beds. Well located on the edge of downtown. Bathing facilities outside the house. To the train station only about 800 m. Nice landlords, very helpful. All around a good stay.

Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

Stay was exactly as described. Neat, tidy, complete and very clean. Had virtually no contact with administrators because they were also away for a few days. Contact via email was excellent. Small gift upon arrival. Everything in the apartment is available from toilet paper to dishwasher tablets. Could there be a few more towels available, but in consultation with the manager, that can probably be arranged. All the equipment present also works perfectly, and looks good and well cared for. Bathroom is just neat. Beds (box spring) sleep well. From the apartment, it is about 20 minutes to Öland by car. We, my wife and I, had a great stay in Kalmar.

We stayed due to IronMan and so were hardly there but Mårten and his wife were very helpful. Nothing was too much effort and no question left unanswered. Thank you so much

Fredrik's apartment is well disposed and everything you need is available. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. At the same time quiet location in well kept property. Fredrik responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We are happy to stay in Fredrik's apartment again!

Smooth and the host family is very nice

A cozy house, a beautiful view from the windows, but you need to get used to the stove. Perfect for a man.

Smooth check-in, quick response from host. Everything we needed was in the kitchen (glasses, plates, etc.)

We had a lovely stay at Jonna’s place. The bedroom is small, the living space is large and nicely decorated and the kitchen was very functional. In nice weather, the outside porch would be the best place to relax at. There is lovely walking areas close by. Jonna was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place.

I can highly recommend the place! Close to shops, the sea and restaurants. Very well arranged with its own entrance and code lock.

Excellent place. We were in a car, so it was convenient that the main road is close. Good space for 4 people. Nothing else to note.

The apartment is super convenient for a small family and Jennie was so sweet to put things out for our kids. We had an easy way to find everything and the check-in worked smoothly. The apartment is nicely located and it was easy to go for a walk in Vimmerby from there or to Astrid Lindgreens World.

It was a lovely holiday and communication with the host went smoothly.
