Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kalmar County

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful nature and the many leisure opportunities have made the holiday particularly relaxing. The sauna house with the hot tube was simply indescribably beautiful in a clear starry sky. Particularly noteworthy is the very personal, fair and fast communication with Julia and Pelle.

Ingrid was an excellent host and the property was lovely! She left lots of useful supplies for us to use during our stay, clear instructions and great local recommendations. Would highly recommend Ingrid and her property, particularly as a base for Ironman competitors.

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

An absolutely amazing unique place. Really nice to cook in the kitchen. Sublime views at all hours. The spa turned into a “conversation bath” for all 5 of us Good hiking opportunities and remember to prioritize “Axel” - the boat that sails to Karlskrona, among other things. Marie is a really sweet host. We would love to come again: -)

A wonderful swedish experience! Actually, one should keep this little paradise to oneself as a secret tip and share it only with very good friends :) The location of Magnus' small loft is a dream, situated with a slightly elevated terrace, overlooking the legendary landscape of the archipelago and finding oneself in the midst of nature. The grounds of the accommodation are like Bullerbü, with a beautiful stylish Swedish house attached and old fruit trees as well.There are paddle boats and canoes as well as bicycles, so you can move around perfectly to explore the islands. The loft is very cozy with typical Nordic charm, very comfortable, good beds, and a modern shower. A small kitchenette helps to self-cater occasionally. Magnus and his wife are very warm and welcoming hosts who always had good answers to all our wishes and questions. Magnus is an expert in giving tips about the surroundings and other parts of the country. Definitely a vacation that couldn't have been more beautiful.

We stayed in this great house for 1 week, preferably fishing. It's great that a paddle boat is provided and the lake is a dream. We caught a lot of pikes but not a perch ! Strange but true :D Tip: at the very back under the bridge , you can take the boat to the other side of the lake! Great place and everything as described !

A very nice living. Very nice, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Small nice veranda to eat breakfast in. Nice kitchen. Close to the city with shops and restaurants. Really cozy.

Very nice house that is very nice. The pictures are exactly as it looks in reality. We were 10 people who both in the house and we were very satisfied

The most amazing Air BnB .. I have stayed in many air bnbs in both the US and Sweden and I can confidently say that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed.. ! Situated in a forest just a 5 minute walk from the Baltic .. and a bakery sells the best cinnamon rolls in the area. The house is fantastic both inside and out .. modern layout and appliances (gas stove!) and even a working disco ball! Everything you need is in place here down to Q-Tips! The beds are comfortable and the outside space is fantastic.. decks all the way around. The hosts were beyond accommodating with our every need including a last minute request for a cake stand 😊Super friendly and provided detailed instructions. We are already looking forward to staying here again !

A beautiful cottage where you feel at home. Great communication with the host, who got a baby chair especially for us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great few days in the cottage and especially for the children it was a special experience. The place was even more friendly on site than in the photos. There are many beautiful forests and lakes to discover in the area.

We spent a weekend with sun and swimming, a super lovely villa for that purpose. We were a large group of 8 adults + children and it was perfect for a large group. Very nice outdoor area and backyard. Met expectations :) Nice host!

Our long stay at Tobias's went very well, we were warmly welcomed and helped throughout the rental period, Tobias is an exemplary host! The house is spacious, very well equipped, with a very nice terrace and pool when the weather is nice. It was a pleasure staying in the house for several weeks, thank you very much.

Great communication with host, thoughtful touches, we loved the pool area and the large patio deck. Fun with guitar and piano that gave music and singing in the evenings.

A top apartment with a fantastic patio with a nice pool. Large spaces both inside and outside to socialize. Erika was a top host who was easy to get in touch with. Will gladly come back. Had fantastic days with the family, children and adults were really happy.
