Car to Kosta Boda with shopping and moose safari 40min

Small 19th century house in tranquil rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our plot. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to much. 4 sleeping places on common sleeping loft/upstairs, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to the beach. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bedclothes, towels, soap and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee of 500 sek. The whole house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

One double bed, 2 80 beds, 1 120 bed, double bed upstairs in the loft and a junior bed as well as a travel bed. Dining area for many. Barbecue. Wood stove. Quaint row village with prized Carla's cafe and pool on camping. Sea view. Nice, quiet sandy beach within walking distance. Bicycles are available to borrow. Close to Grönhögen where there is Ica, café, pizzeria, tennis, padel and golf. Cleaning is not included

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.
