This homestay is located centrally in waynad area . You will enjoy lot of indoor & outdoor activities in Villa itself . Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

One of my best stays in India and rentals through Airbnb as a solo female traveller. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, with a huge comfy bed and fresh linens and towels. The wardrobe in the bedroom can be locked with keys, which is always a plus. Very close to loads of cafes and shops. Subbaiah is very friendly and kind, and super responsive - he accommodated a very late check in and always made sure that everything was in order. Beautiful views from the communal terrace, that unfortunately I didn't have much time to enjoy. I'd definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. I stayed in the studio apartment at Melrose House for over a month and am so happy with my experience. The bed was as comfy, the bathroom was nice and always spotless, with great hot water. The bug screen on the window and EXCELLENT ceiling fan were a huge plus. Despite the April heat and no A/C, the thick insulating walls kept the space cool enough. It’s much healthier than A/C, you know. The neighborhood is peaceful, green, and full of charm—quiet streets, sweet neighbors, and a calm atmosphere (minus one very vocal dog across the street). There’s a lovely, very quiet café just opposite the house, and many more food options (and all shopping needs) within a five-minute walk. There’s even an ATM just on the corner there. If you’re going to Mysuru for yoga, this is the perfect location—every major shala is within walking distance. I rarely left the neighborhood! Lol I’ll definitely be remembering this place for my next visit to Mysuru.

I had a pleasant 2-day stay at this service apartment. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet—perfect for a short getaway or work-related trip. One area of improvement would be the indoor games area—while the space is great, unfortunately, the lights weren’t working during our stay, which limited our ability to use it in the evenings. Hope this gets fixed soon, as it would add even more value to an already good experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

Amazing place, Amazing host, Amazing location and beautiful weather. The host is as nice as they come, gave local recommendations, helped with other personal errands, over-all a nice place, it's a shared space so there might be some other people, for me the experience with them was also quite good. location has some hotels nearby and since it's in a corner, it's peaceful, not everything is walkable, unless you like to go on walks. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. I'm not much heavy on amenities so didn't pay attention to that. it felt like home. would be here again everytime I'm in Mysore.

Priya’s place was just amazing. Extremely windy and spacious. Totally worth the money… Priya was always reachable and available for any query. The place is very new and squeaky clean. The rooms are sunny and the wind will just blow your mind! The place is just a few minutes away from the hustle bustle yet so very near all the touristy place. All good restaurants are available on swiggy/zomato. Blinkit works too. Will definitely visit the property again.

I and my wife with a infant stayed here for one day. Place matches description and very neat and clean. The care taker ashok is very nice guy he is very helpful and always be there to assist for anything we need. Price is bit more comparing to other stays in Mysuru. I stayed similar stays in mysuru for almost half of the price i payed for this. May be its worth if we have more than 2 persons or staying with at least 2 families.
