I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! The view was breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty every day was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is quite private, which gave us the space to really relax and have fun without interruptions. It’s a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel because of the steep road, but trust me — it’s totally worth the effort once you get there. The cleanliness was top-notch — definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The food was simply awesome, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. And an added bonus — Zomato delivers here too, which was super convenient and gave us even more food options to enjoy! All in all, it was the best time I’ve spent in a while. We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb. The place was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The antique-themed decor, complete with books and vintage items, added a unique charm. Bedrooms were huge, and there was plenty of common space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. We especially loved the separate balcony with a swing and the well-kept swimming pool. The caretaker was always around when needed—very helpful yet never intrusive. Overall, a peaceful and well-planned property perfect for a comfortable getaway.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, well-maintained, and all the amenities were in perfect working condition. We really enjoyed cooking together, with the caretakers also being very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were a group of 9 on a family trip, and the experience was wonderful. The garden area with swings was a delightful touch—not just for kids, we enjoyed it too! What really impressed us was Ajit’s well-written article on medium with thoughtful local recommendations; it helped us plan our visit better and explore beyond the usual spots. Great place to unwind and relax for the hustlers of city. Owner was friendly & approachable. The place is a bit away from the town, still wasn't a problem for us as we were travelling with our own vehicle. Would totally recommend.

Deepika is extremely responsive, she had answers to all my questions before even asking her. She is very thoughtful and was very accommodating. Her place is perfect for a stay and you feel right at home.

Although we stayed only for a day, Girija's place is wonderful and extremely cozy and very well taken care of. The house has very positive vibes and the house decor has been very pro actively taken care of with minute details covered. Although the parking is on the road in front of the house, it's a very private housing area and it's very safe to park your vehicle. She has taken good care with lots of plants in the house and the vibe is extremely positive. Only thing to take care of is the mattress of one bedroom whose spring is way too much which might affect your back. The kitchen and items are perfect with all required things covered and more. The room amenities are as mentioned in the description. The hall is quite spacious. Very much recommended if you are visiting Mysore.

Fantastic Location with a Good Stay! Our stay at Villa Mercara in Coorg was a delightful experience, largely thanks to its absolutely superb location. Being so well-situated made exploring Coorg incredibly convenient and added so much to our trip. Mrs. Shubha was responsive, very friendly, also suggested the places to visit. The villa itself offered a good and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Overall, we highly recommend Villa Mercara, especially for its unbeatable location.

Amazing place to stay in the harmony with the earth. This place is very close to Banasura Sagar Dam around 10 mins away. It is advisable to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit multiple places. Some advisory. 1) Owner is amazing host and provides great breakfast and Dinner on chargeable basis. Food is 10/10. 2) Rooms and toilets are very clean 10/10 3) Carry your own toiletries is must. 4) There are plates and vessels in the house and you can also cook your own food. (You will have tonclean your own plates) 5) House does not have an AC and you don't even need as it generally pleasant all the time. 6) Owner is from wayanad & amazing person and also guides you well what to visit. 7) You are staying away from the city and hence please carry required things before you reach location. Overall it's 10 / 10 place.

Felt home, in a nice peaceful locality not too far from any place within Mysore

It was a pleasant stay. The self check-in process was easy. The bedroom was properly arranged, and extra pillows were provided. The rooms were neat and clean, and the toilet was well maintained. Hot water was available in the bathroom. Utensils were ready in the kitchen for food preparation. The location was calm and quiet, in a non-polluted area.
