The location of the airbnb was serene. Great views and well kept place. Apart from the niggles with the bugs during evening time. Stay was peaceful. The helper on site at the property was very helpful and proactive. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The place is surrounded by lush green coffee estate. if you prefer a stay free from noise and enjoy the calmness and wilderness of the surrounding then this place is perfect. special mention about the breakfast which was prepared by cheetan mom. If you appreciate tranquility, natural beauty, and a homely touch, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge amidst nature!

The place was excellent and we loved our stay. The hosts were both responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make dinner for us even though it was late. "The Perch" Homestay in Madikeri is a absolute place for nature lovers. I had a truly memorable stay at "The Perch" Homestay, Nestled amidst lush forests and sprawling coffee plantations, this serene getaway is nothing short of a hidden gem. The homestay itself is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with nature while offering all the comforts you could wish for. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality of the host, Deepak. He’s an absolute delight — kind, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The house is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and neatly maintained. Every little detail is taken care of from toiletries and hot water to clean towels. The food deserves a special mention every meal was lovingly prepared by Deepak’s mother, and it truly felt like home-cooked heaven. Each bite was a testament to authentic Coorgi flavors and warmth. The Perch is a perfect escape to serenity.

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

Fern Valley Forest View cottage is exactly as the name suggests. The cottage is located outside the rain forest with just a stream in between. The cottage is as private and isolated as it gets making it a perfect choice to disconnect from life and reconnect with nature. Periya also happens to be the "not so touristy" part of Wayanad and highly recommended for those who want to skip the noise of the crowd and be engulfed in the sounds of forest, rain, flowing stream, birds, insects and everything that nature has to offer. Sid is a great host, extremely responsivr and helped us right from making us feel at home to recommending some wonderful places to visit, with Gurukula Botanical Sanctuary being one of the biggest highlights which is just a short walk from the property. Looking forward to visiting the property once again sooner than soon.

For groups I will definitely suggest, I would love to spend time with my friends there. Still under construction.. Might not be a great option with kids, as not much option is there. But spending time with friends, would be really great.

Peaceful, Clean, Simple, Clutter free, Homely Waking up to birds in the morning and going to bed after looking at the starry sky has been an experience that will stay with us for a really long time. Soochipara waterfall is really close and so are some of the entertainment spots. In house kitchen is outstanding, we really enjoyed food, hospitality and the fast service. Mr Ansar does his job perfectly and knows about the local spots which is really helpful in planning the day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was a perfect escape from the daily grind. The lush plantation setting and quite surroundings made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Loved the interiors , it has been thoughtfully designed with every modern comfort offering amazing panoramic views. Alan was extremely responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again!

The cabin was exactly same as it is shown in pictures. Caretaking staff are very polite and responsive. It is located in the middle of coffee platation and surrounded by hills. You can enjoy hearing to different birds in early morning. Totally it's a calm and private place. It's a great place for those who would like to detox from busy city life. Host is also responsive and helpful. Negatives: I found only one Negative point that the estate is located just few meters interior from main road in a coffee plantation, so from main road to estate you have to go through a metal road which is approximately 250 to 300 meters patch.

Anamika’s place was amazing! If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay, with all the comforts of home, you will love this place. Her home cooked food was spectacular! My in laws that can find fault in everything said it was the best food they’ve had. The place was extremely clean, with comfortable beds and linens. She leaves a ton of delicious snacks and is a super responsive host. It was my first time in India, (husband is from India, I’m American)and out of all the places we stayed, this was hands done the cleanest with the best food. She even packed a few snacks for our little boy, on our departure. Anamika could teach a class in being the best hostess. We will definitely be back on our next trip to India.

Great place. Good hygiene. Good food and also the host is very responsive, including the staff they were too friendly. They used to serve us food and asked whether we liked the food each and every serve. And also they helped us recommending many local places. This places would now definitely be my go to place. Loved it. And would definitely recommend this place.
