Holiday rentals with lake access in Kabini River

Deepak and His family were a great hosts! Felt right at home! Amazing place to stay right in the middest of nature! My family loved every bit of the stay! Surely recommend everyone to stay here if you are nature lover and don't like crowded places!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

We were a group of 4 friends traveling from Bangalore, looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway—and Shyam's place delivered just that. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a variety of fruit and flower trees, which made the environment feel serene and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the food—Shyam arranged delicious home-cooked meals for us. We especially loved the chicken kadai and biryani; both were absolutely mouth-watering! The location is great too, with many tourist spots nearby. Banasura Sagar Dam is just a short drive away and offers a beautiful walking trail around the dam. For adventure lovers, there’s a zipline at both Banasura and Karapuzha dams, but we found the one at Karapuzha to be more thrilling. Overall, a wonderful stay—we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Wayanad!

Our family of four had a great time as we booked the whole place for us. A wonderful experience which ends up wanting for more. This beautifully crafted home is aesthetically pleasing and offers a lot of inspiration. The spacious bedrooms, recreational room, and very clean surroundings make it a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the old Blr-Mysore highway. The host is very helpful as well. The private place is surrounded by greenery, near the river Kaveri, with chirping and sounds of nature. Kitchen is well-equipped, and you will be treated to delightful breakfast. If you need home cooked lunch or dinner, the host can help you out in ordering. The closest shops are few kilometres away for anything. A gem of a place!

Our stay at the property was exceptional. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Kumar's courtesy in waiting to welcome us despite our delayed arrival. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious; we commend the chef. We plan to return to your property on our next visit.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb. The place was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The antique-themed decor, complete with books and vintage items, added a unique charm. Bedrooms were huge, and there was plenty of common space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. We especially loved the separate balcony with a swing and the well-kept swimming pool. The caretaker was always around when needed—very helpful yet never intrusive. Overall, a peaceful and well-planned property perfect for a comfortable getaway.

A nice place to chill out with your friends and families. Ashu the manager is very responsive and helpful! Right now they have two beautiful mini cottages with attached bathrooms. At least 2 people can stay in each room. The outside setup is beautiful you can spend hours and hours in the garden area with a mesmerizing green hilly view of the Western Ghats. Just one thing we faced network issues over there and the wifi strength was also not good. Will request management to set up a strong wifi, other than this everything was pretty great. I will recommend everyone to stay at this place as this provides a great gateway from the tedious life!

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

It was a nice stay…but i think they should provide more blankets for the guests. There was only one medium sized blanket in each room when we stayed. Other than that everything else was good.

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay

Thasneema place is right in the tea estate with kabini river flowing behind the villa and it gives a balcony view from the bedroom, villa is in lush green peaceful surroundings. our family stay was so good even the kids loved it thoroughly. Only concern is reaching the villa as the way to villa is narrow and steep climbing so do not opt for sedan car. Other than that most of the aminities are not listed in the airbnb site but everything is provided, like you have WiFi connection which was not mentioned, the house has a full functional kitchen, drinking water bottles were provided. Thanks for the beautiful stay 🫡

A wonderful property worth every penny you paid for .. private space and a lot to see and walk which is pretty .. a wonderful choice if you want to cut off from the busy and crowded life to a peaceful space that emphasis on nature .. the care taker and the services provided are top class

Rajath is a great host and made us feel right at home. the property is very well placed with a beautiful 360 view. I would definitely recommend staying here to feel right at home.

The place in middle of plantations and off road. The place is perfect for a group of 5-6. All the games, clean rooms and along with the stream. Ashique our host was wonderful. He started coordinating the moment we booked the stay. He waited for us even when we were too late. He also took us to jeep safari and awesome locations.

we had a pleasant and peaceful stay, with ample privacy. care taker was friendly. host was also responsive. restaurants are nearby. near to dubare and golden temple. Enough space for 2 families with kids.

well well we just had one of the best stays Amazing people around, we got to see coffee plucking, pepper plantation and various plantation present inside the property And the team is super helpful and food was good too (I did see quite a reviews on other websites related to food consern however never had that issue personally during my visit) If you are a nature lover, definitely visit this place :) Good place to visit!
