Clean & comfortable ❤️😍😍

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

The only negative thing about our stay in Abdelghani's apartment was that it was unfortunately far too short ;)

My stay at Nesrine's was just perfect. The apartment is in a very good location. Nesrine is an exceptional host, always available, responsive, and caring. Mohammed is welcoming and responsive Clean and spacious apartment. Very well located 2 minutes walk from the beach with direct access from the residence . Secure residence with security guard. I had a pleasant stay the area is very beautiful and intends to come back .

Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.

Clean house! Good communication

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever booked! The level is worthy of a hotel: impeccable cleanliness, quality mattress, everything you need available... and a magnificent view of the beach. Even though the property is not pet friendly, the host kindly accepted our 2-month-old puppy. I really hope this place becomes pet friendly in the future — that way, I can come back with my two dogs! I would recommend it 100%. A little tip: avoid large suitcases, take backpacks instead, there is a lot of walking between the parking lot and the house.

Excellent place and really peaceful for a short disconnect vacation, the beach is just in front , nice and safe place , the kids enjoyed the place , recommended for family and sure we will be back again :)

I had a great time in the apartment. It definitely felt like a cozy home. you will find anything needed around the house. Louki, the gate keeper and the neighbours are very friendly und uncomplicated people. if you want some local experience, I totally recommend you this spot!

To have a vacation right on the water is ideal! The apartment is very well located and clean, with the beach 50 meters away and a huge pool in the Vanessa residence is great, she is always smiling available and attentive. I highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this apartment 🤩👍🏻 I wanted to thank Mr. Touhami and Mr. Mohamed for their welcome At the start I had trouble finding the place so Mr. Mohamed contact me he helped me until he found me and he directed me to the apartment. The apartment to him was very bright clean well the kitchen was superbly well equipped the sheets are very clean the living room the bathroom as well. My children were very happy to have access to Netflix in the room. As for the parking, it is monitored 24 hours a day more it is close to all the places and commerce again a big thank you to Mr. Touhami who had given me time to leave the apartment in the evening while the time I had to leave was at 1 p.m. I would not hesitate to stay at this Airbnb again.

Our stay in the apartment at the Mirador Golf II residence was wonderful. Housni was very responsive to allow our early arrival at my request. Many thanks to him. The apartment is very clean and tasteful. Nice surprise, a master suite with shower and toilet to complement those already in place. I would recommend it 100%.

It was the most beautiful stay I had in Martil, the apartment is very clean, the towels, the shower, the kitchen, the equipment... everything is perfect, the residence is super calm and close to the beach, 4 minutes on foot, Mr. Suleiman is helpful and even though he was not in town he was in contact with me throughout the stay, Fatima is also kind and smiling, she welcomed us warmly, I will come back next time inshaalah to your home with my whole family, and I thank you very much ❤️

I recently completed a stay at this great studio apartment, and it was a good experience. The location is superb (just across the road from the beach). The facilities were good, and everything was very clean upon my arrival. The owner Mohamed, was incredibly communicative and responsive, and the staff at the apartment complex were friendly and always available to assist. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
