We loved this place! As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and feels like you are walking into an apartment straight out of an interior design magazine! The interior design and finishes are so beautiful! Breakfast - Chefs kiss 😘 can order the night before for anytime that suits you in the morning (at an extra cost, fully worth it)! Also had cleaning service which was unexpected but most welcome, refreshed all sheets and gave a good clean! The pool was brilliant, quiet and clean , kids loved the morning swim! It felt as though you had all the amenities of living in a hotel but this was all yours and you had all the privacy to yourself! Rym was a super host and was really caring and constantly checked up on us. Really supportive and this place is a must if you want a quite and peaceful stay away from the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh city.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

The stay was extraordinary. The apartment is ideally located, very functional, practical, with a rooftop and an extremely pleasant private pool. The check-in and check-out was very smooth with Marouane. Maria is very available and responds very quickly. The neighborhood is ideal, close to everything and all amenities. This venerable building dates from the time when construction was solid, ceilings were high, and floor plans were generous. The apartment is huge; large and gracious living room and dining room as well as 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. Lots of storage space and filtered water to drink out of the tap. Brahim was friendly and very helpful in getting us settled. I loved sitting on the little balcony off of one bedroom, watching people on the main street below. People with mobility issues should be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Also, there's no shower; just a steep-sided tub with a hand-held water spray. The location is great; very central and easy access to restaurants, etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.

The location is perfect

We booked a family trip with our son. We wanted to be a short taxi ride away from the main square and have somewhere peaceful to stay after visiting the markets. The apartment and pool were absolutely perfect. The secure gated & manned grounds and pool are well looked and cleaned everyday. It's like a hotel size pool without the madness of a hotel! Only ever a few other people using the pool at any time. The apartment was perfect for everything we needed. Great size, immaculately clean, and our favourite part was the quiet balcony to relax in the evening. There is a small BBQ and firepit which was how we spent every evening. Soufiane has been amazing with communication from start to finish and his mum checked us in and was so kind and helpful. If you want somewhere peaceful to stay not far away from the main square/markets, this is the place. We will be back to Marrakech in the future and will be staying here again. Just perfect experience all round. Thank you Soufiane!!

Brahim is an excellent host, very hospitable and very quick to respond. The apartment is nice, comfortable, and very well equipped. Brahim thinks of everything. It is also very well located, close to many restaurants and cafés.
