Great location, walking distance to the beach, old town, mall and restaurants. It is always nice to have a washing machine and you can see the blue ocean from the balcony. It’s also a secure and safe building.

Highly recommend it. The place is a very quiet but also central location. Also, the place is very clean and convenient. Haitham was commutative in every way. I'd love to come back.

I had a great stay overall! The listing was exactly as described, with a fantastic location and an amazing balcony view. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The smart TVs and strong Wi-Fi were a nice bonus and made it easy to stay connected. The only small issue was a few dishes that hadn’t been properly washed and still had food residue, but nothing major. The host was very communicative and responsive, which made everything even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again for sure!

Location locations, very nice apartment has a beautiful view of the beach. Peaceful. Close to the train station. Naima is very nice. She answered all our questions, also she send Touriya to meet us . Thank for all the help.

My family and I liked our stay in the apartment, it is very spacious even for 6 people! It is clean, there is a balcony connecting the three rooms together, the kitchen is well equipped, easy access to the garage even with a wide car, a grocery store and a bakery are located nearby. During our stay we encountered a small problem with the water heater and Mohammed Said quickly brought a professional to fix it on the same day without interfering with our stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Khouloud's place. The accommodation is located in a peaceful, quiet and secure location with lots of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend it.

Ismail's appartement is gorgeous and well situated, even if the flights of stairs were quite frightening for my grandmother. The view from the terrace is gorgeous and the medina of Chefchaouen is really close by. We certainly recommend the place and would come back next time we are in Chefchaouen.

Fantastic stay with a view of the sea We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment very much. The view over the sea is breathtaking waking up every morning to the sound of the waves was truly unique. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. I had a great time in the apartment. It definitely felt like a cozy home. you will find anything needed around the house. Louki, the gate keeper and the neighbours are very friendly und uncomplicated people. if you want some local experience, I totally recommend you this spot!

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly equipped apartment, located in a gated and secure residence. The setting is ideal: close to the sea, with a large children's park and a pool suitable for the little ones, perfect for a family holiday. The owners are very friendly and are very attentive to the well-being of their tenants. We leave delighted and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Sarah was really easy to work with, very responsive. We were missing a towel and she had a brand new one brought up right away. The place is spacious, conveniently located, great parking and walking distance to the beach. We could sit on the veranda and see the waves. The one thing that needed attention were the shower enclosures which allowed water outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. She has said that they are scheduled to be replaced. So this should not be a future problem. Highly recommend the place.

Leila's place is in a beautiful location near the beach. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't in use, but the lovely beach is nearby. A good kitchen to cook.
