Holiday rentals with beach access in Kaanapali

A fantastic apartment! Very quiet area of Kihei away from the crowds. Beautiful views of the beach and sea, however, would recommend checking the other beaches out in the south.

Great little apartment in Maui, nice view of the ocean. The apartment came with beach towels, chairs and all the necessities for spending a day at the beach. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Big fridge that is def audible when going to bed, but we didn’t mind. Generally we really enjoyed our stay and would def. recommend the place.

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Great location with lovely views of the ocean and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening from the lanai! Daily turtle sightings and conveniently located near several wonderful beaches. We enjoyed our time in Kihei. It’s centrally located, has great parking and is perfect for relaxation. You look right out on the ocean, have direct beach access, and lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Jacques place is in a prime location and within walking distance of several beaches, shops, and places to eat. My wife and I spent a week here the home exceeded all our expectations!

Derrick was a great host! The beach is a few steps away. Very high quality beach chairs and umbrella was available. Nice studio apartment with ample kitchen to eat in if you choose. Derrick also made a grill available to use! Great location, amenities and hosts!

Overall good place to stay- very large and open layout. Clean and had most everything we needed. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and a park. Parking was good, fairly quiet street. Had lots of extra beach stuff to use (cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, swimming stuff, snorkeling stuff)

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

This is a beautiful Condo with everything you needed to feel right at home. Everything was clean and up to date. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, and home away from home while on vacation. Thank you Jay and Amy.

Beautiful property with a great deck. Was perfect for a family vacation. So close to all the resorts and the beach. Great location to get around Maui. Would highly recommend!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

We had the best time in Maui staying at Jean’s place and everything was exactly as described on air bnb. The condo was in the perfect location just down the street from Napili bay and Kapalua bay which we spent tons of time at lounging and snorkelling. It felt like a home away from home during our stay and if we ever get the chance we’d love to stay at Jeans place again in the future! The views from the Lanai were absolutely stunning and the trade winds cooled off the unit perfectly we didn’t even end up using the AC unit once during our entire trip. The sound of the waves at night was a dreamy experience and we were blown away with the overall experience. 10/10 stay in unit 201! Thanks again Jean!

This place is right next to the ocean and it is so beautiful to wake up to the view. We saw turtles right from the Lanai. The place itself is very clean and well maintained! We ran into some trouble with the card keys, but Carron fixed it right away. Location is great and is close to Dukes Beach house, the beach and other resorts/ restaurants..Thanks for hosting us!

We had a great stay at Marcella’s place.! The apartment had everything we needed. We loved the views and access to the beach! We also loved being able to walk to get food from some great places! Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to spend a week. Everything needed from restaurants, grocery, shopping and activities are close. Have stayed in the location. before, although in a different room, and the location is great. Easy access to beach, pool and amenities. Would definitely book with Bob again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful lenai to watch all the sea turtles and waves. The apt was well taken care of and I liked the location. It was very peaceful. It has some restaurants close by which was good for us, very much a place to stay if you enjoy being out of the tourist areas! I would stay again.

We had an amazing time here at. Definitely one for the books! We did the road to Hāna, definitely need to start early. Went snorkeling at molokini crater and turtle town. Watched the sunset at Haleakalā summit where my now fiance proposed. Then had surfing lessons and had dinner at the drums of the pacific which was an incredible show. This was the most magical trip!

What a beautiful and wonderful family vacation. The home was on the beautiful ocean very peaceful very clean. Everything you needed for a perfect stay and the host was always there if there was a question or any information needed. I would love to come back to this location.
