Laura’s studio location is perfect for our schedule after a long day visiting the Normandie area on our way to Loire valley. Communication is concise and seamless. Amenities in the studio matches exactly the descriptions provided. We love how the view from the window overlooks Vitré chateau. We got to chat a little bit with one of the neighbors which was really nice! We also must mention that the mattress is sooo good providing us with a 😴restful sleep for the next day ☺️. Another huge plus for us is definitely the free parking that it offers right in front of the property.

Perfect house for a weekend with children and grandchildren. The house is comfortable, very well equipped. Matches the description. A beautiful environment, For hiking and seeing the Ange Michel park. The owner is very responsive to answering questions.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We had a great Pentecost weekend. Very quiet, very safe accommodation with children who had a good time with all the outdoor games. The adults also enjoyed the petanque court and the barbecue area. needed somewhere to hang clothes in bedrooms. no mirror in bedroom. no hanging hooks in downstairs bathroom. no instructions how to use the TV. faulty socket to TV and Bose speaker which prevented use of TV. No heating in the salon/lounge. however a beautiful location lovely grounds and an attractive property and we enjoyed our stay.

A very good weekend with friends in the cottage with nearby hikes, the accommodation is spacious and impeccable. Nothing is missing, everything you need is there. And beyond that, we will remember the richness of the exchange with our host, who shared his passion for his dogs and for nature. We'll be happy to come back! Thanks again!

Pleasantly surprised, accommodation number 2 has surely been redone recently, the choice of colors/decor makes it modern and cozy. No difficulty parking with the free parking in front of the accommodation where charging stations for electric vehicles have been installed. Very well located accommodation right next to the casino, quiet and well equipped.

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

Very clean accommodation, close to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood, very well furnished, nothing is missing for a good stay. Fabien is very responsive and attentive to these guests.

Reservation for one month. Well located, the parking space is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
