Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Juvigny-Val-d'Andaine

We had a wonderful stay with Maryse. Her place is thoughtfully decorated and spacious. Maryse was a brilliant host and so flexible with us, we were incredibly grateful! We would absolutely recommend!

Very well hosted and very understanding and attentive, they gave us their trust directly, we will surely come back, go there without so much as a second thought.

short stay but it was wonderful. Everything neat and present. the host only speaks French but with Google translate it went well. they are flexible and respond quickly. The only thing was that it was unclear that there were not 2 closed rooms, this meant that we finally had to sleep with our son in 1 room. Not bad, but would have liked to have known in advance.

We had a fantastic night’s stay in the ‘wine cave’ with our elderly (blind and deaf) dog whilst driving through France. Nicole was so welcoming, with excellent communication from the start and so genuinely friendly. The project she and Alain have done to create the accommodation is amazing. It was lovely to be able to take time once settled in to watch the video of the whole project - what a legacy. We loved meeting the various animals around the site including such a friendly Beagle, the utterly stunning cockerel and the very cute miniature pig. The ‘cave’ was perfect for us after a very long drive from Poland through Germany. Silent, snug and private yet with Nicole on hand nearby if we needed anything but not at all intrusive. Fabulous bathroom and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. The beds were really comfortable. We will definitely come back and feel privileged to have been able to experience what Alain and Nicole had envisaged.

Absolutely beautiful property, and a great location for peace and quiet. Nikita and Jason were so welcoming and friendly. I would say they went above and beyond for us. Taking us to the local supermarket to get supplies as we were on motorbikes. The property was so comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. The grounds were stunning. I will definitely be returning and 100% recommend.

Excellent accommodation and a very kind host! Gilles helped us out very effectively when we had forgotten glasses in the cottage. And then the environment is very pleasant, and we can enjoy it on the terrace or in the garden. Thank you again!

We had a pleasant family stay in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable and functional house. The place is very calm and relaxing. Shops and activities are not very far by car. Thanks to Vince for the responsive messages and thanks for this delicate attention on our arrival of 2 bottles of wine and chocolates. Everything was perfect except for a slight lack of cleaning, a few cobwebs and an unemptied bathroom trash can, probably by mistake. We had a great time. Perfect location to visit the city.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

Laura’s studio location is perfect for our schedule after a long day visiting the Normandie area on our way to Loire valley. Communication is concise and seamless. Amenities in the studio matches exactly the descriptions provided. We love how the view from the window overlooks Vitré chateau. We got to chat a little bit with one of the neighbors which was really nice! We also must mention that the mattress is sooo good providing us with a 😴restful sleep for the next day ☺️. Another huge plus for us is definitely the free parking that it offers right in front of the property.

Great stay in this accommodation😍. The apartment was clean and very well equipped, exactly as in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants nearby. Yoann was very responsive, which made our arrival very simple. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back on a future visit!

Evelyn and Alain are great hosts. The house had a lot of history. Beautiful outdoor with a nice pool and barbecue setup. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family. Very well stocked.

Family stay for 3 nights, very friendly house, everything is clean and spotless. Unfortunately, the tenants before us had damaged the house, but the owners were able to repair it in record time. Very friendly setting, nice pool, kitchen, living room, spacious dining room, we were 14 adults and no problems. Likewise for the beds, we were all comfortable without being on top of each other. An important point for children, once the electric gate is closed, there is no risk of them leaving the property. Thanks for the stay; I recommend it!

We loved our stay in Mayenne in this property that perfectly kept all its promises. The host was really friendly and very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier. Finally, the place was simply breathtaking — ideal if you like this type of place conducive to a change of scenery and relaxation. .

Very pleasant stay, very welcoming, caring and responsive to our requests. Easy to access, beautiful well-maintained garden, nothing was missing in the house and outside, relaxation near the pond, a real joy for us. I highly recommend this house near the pond 😉😊

It's a beautiful house with a spotless host. Located in nature and very quiet. We can see deer in the garden. A few things to improve though: umbrella to change, two screws around the pool to be screwed back in full and replace some boards on the pool deck

Perfect accommodation for a weekend with friends, lots of activities possible (palet, petanque, sunbathing, ping-pong, darts, foosball, swimming pool, jacuzzi...). Very quiet and isolated, we don't worry about the neighbors :) Very welcoming and flexible host with good recommendations on the surroundings.
