As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. The Old House looks exactly like the photos, we liked the style very much. David welcomed us nicely and gave us many tips on what to see in the area.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We felt like we were on vacation as soon as we arrived. Nothing is missing. Just put the suitcases down. The land is well fenced, my dog was able to live his little life. We didn't see the owners but the communication was perfect. We plan to return there one day.

Excellent and quiet accommodation.

Perfect rustic simplicity. A perfect place to "unplug" and enjoy the calm and beautiful Normandy countryside. This was our second stay here in 7 years and most of it was as we remembered. The dark ground floor is naturally cold which is perfect on warm days. The furniture was basic but good. The kitchen area is nice to work in and has most utensils and equipment we required. They have the most beautiful and sweet dogs that greeted us every day and their cat is also super kind though we didn't see it much. Florian and his family are also very kind when we briefly met. It's wonderfully situated to explore the Alpes Mancelles and greater Normandy area and there's plenty of supermarkets within driving distance.

It's a wonderful location, peaceful with wonderful views. The gite is lovely, clean and stylish. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Perfect if you need to spend a couple of nights near Laval. The place is small and cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Vanessa is very helpful.

A spacious welcoming house, beautiful garden and great farm. swimming pool was a hit too. we were 3 generations of family and everyone agreed it was a perfect spot for a farm, friendly holiday experience. The animals are well looked after , Santiago was a peticular favourite. definitely recommend.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

Julie gave us a very warm welcome and spent time talking about the accommodation and the local area. She was available for advice and help throughout our stay. The gite was well equipped clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the games room and our grandchildren loved the trampoline. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The local area was attractive and interesting.

We had a wonderful stay with Maryse. Her place is thoughtfully decorated and spacious. Maryse was a brilliant host and so flexible with us, we were incredibly grateful! We would absolutely recommend!

A great stay, very peaceful in an idyllic setting. The cabin is impeccable in both comfort and cleanliness. The instructions are clear and there are many recommendations. A perfect place to unwind. Designed ecologically as a bonus. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic night’s stay in the ‘wine cave’ with our elderly (blind and deaf) dog whilst driving through France. Nicole was so welcoming, with excellent communication from the start and so genuinely friendly. The project she and Alain have done to create the accommodation is amazing. It was lovely to be able to take time once settled in to watch the video of the whole project - what a legacy. We loved meeting the various animals around the site including such a friendly Beagle, the utterly stunning cockerel and the very cute miniature pig. The ‘cave’ was perfect for us after a very long drive from Poland through Germany. Silent, snug and private yet with Nicole on hand nearby if we needed anything but not at all intrusive. Fabulous bathroom and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. The beds were really comfortable. We will definitely come back and feel privileged to have been able to experience what Alain and Nicole had envisaged.

An incredible lodge. With a magnificent view. The stay was great, too bad it was only for one night, I would have liked to stay longer. You can go with your eyes closed . Everything is as shown in the photos. The Nordic bath was really a gem. Clean accommodation. A little extra for our 4-legged friends who are also welcome. Thank you so much.

Very successful Pentecost weekend in Nadia's cottage. Very clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. Nadia is a very pleasant host, smiling and concerned about the well-being of these vacationers, full of small attentions. Secure garden for animals. We had a great weekend. I highly recommend it.

Very well appointed, convenient studio, many amenities and dishes. Parking place, sunny balcony in the evening and elevator a very nice plus. Quiet and pleasant place. Responsive host and very clear explanations. A place to remember to come back.

We had a pleasant family stay in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable and functional house. The place is very calm and relaxing. Shops and activities are not very far by car. Thanks to Vince for the responsive messages and thanks for this delicate attention on our arrival of 2 bottles of wine and chocolates. Everything was perfect except for a slight lack of cleaning, a few cobwebs and an unemptied bathroom trash can, probably by mistake.
