The farm is very nice and the accommodation corresponded exactly to the description. In the evening, we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and play a game of pool or foosball. The artisanal ice cream offered by the owner is excellent. We had a very pleasant stay that deserves 5 stars.

Claude's place is of high quality and will certainly live up to your expectations. Note: the accommodation is very well acoustically insulated as long as we close the door but hey it makes sense The small cats on the property will delight you under the Normandy sun.

We had a fabulous time. The house is beautiful: spacious, stylish, clean, and well equipped (including a well stocked kitchen). The outside space is fantastic too - a private patio to eat and relax, with the friendly noises of the chickens in the background and just a few metres from the beautiful pool. We all loved the pool - especially our five-year-old. It is large enough to swim properly and the cover means we could comfortably use it on cooler days. The surrounding area is well located to visit a range of local towns. Martine was lovely: helpful and always available when needed, but we also felt we have the privacy and space to relax into our holiday home. A fantastic holiday. Thank you, Martine.

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

Maroie and Alexandre were really nice from the moment we arrived and we would have loved to spend a little more time with them, unfortunately, we only stayed three days and had so many things to visit. A great location for a family reunion and home base while visiting Normandy region. Quiet town with a bakery in walking distance. A memorable stay. Host was very kind and helpful.

Ideally located, close to Gacé, Camembert and Vimoutiers. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The place is very quiet. No worries about parking, even with a van. The host is very friendly, we were very well received and had a great stay!

The accommodation offered by Steven is consistent with the photos. Communication was very good and clear. Hosts were welcoming upon arrival. Overall we had a nice stay 👍 I recommend it!!

The cottage is located in a perfect, soothing and peaceful environment. We spent 2 nights and 2 very pleasant days, with beautiful activities that were directly advised by Laurent, one in the estate and the rest in the surrounding towns (scooter in the middle of the forest: we recommend it's great for those who love feeling), canoeing, and visiting with magnificent views Thank you to Laurent for his welcome, responsiveness and recommendations that allowed us to live our stay 100%. Lovely few days in Normandy.. we used Marc’s place as a hub for exploring Omaha beach & Caen over D-day weekend which was about 40mins-1h from Epaney. House was everything we needed, clean, lovely grounds. Shame we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather but pool area looked lovely. Thanks Marc. 👍🏽
