Great location, spacius, clean and good service. Great gym, sunny pool and beach area. Very good service from sweet Jelena. The contruction area near by did not disturb us and looked to be finished soon. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I looked and read every review under the sun before settling on a place for our Dubai trip with 3 kids. Look no further, this place is incredible. The views are worth every penny and the location is unbeatable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the team was very responsive. The building is beautiful and has great security. Our kids loved waking up and strolling down to the beach followed by the pool right after. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Dubai!

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

We had a wonderful time at the villa at the Royal Residences. Ahmad was a fantastic host, answered all our questions and provided great suggestions. We villa was spotless, the staff at the resort were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and any questions during the stay hassle-free. Everything was great! We had a really nice stay.

Our check-in was at 2 a.m. and they could only autonomously enter the listing because the host Sarbjeet Singh left us the key. There was a problem with an alarm that suddenly went off at 4am on the first night and our child got very scared, and tomorrow they immediately established security with what it was (other tenants were smoking on the balcony and smoke came in through the balcony door and the whole building was ringing). She responded to every inquiry very quickly and helped with any concerns The apartment exceeded all my expectations because I am used to paying quite a lot of money without getting anything but the basics,so this apartment has all the possible items for household/cooking, etc. The location is awesome, the beach right in front, although it is not possible to use the loungers directly on the beach because they are owned by the cove beach club but you have 10 feet of lakes and 2 pools.

We had an amazing family stay, the discription matches to our expetations. Easy to walk to the beach and local shops.
