Great location, spacius, clean and good service. Great gym, sunny pool and beach area. Very good service from sweet Jelena. The contruction area near by did not disturb us and looked to be finished soon. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Tout est parfait malgré un début entacher par l ancien voyageur qui avait oublié de laisser la carte de l ascenseur mais corrigé très rapidement avec une communication pro actif de l hôte Le cadre est magnifique l appartement moderne bien finie et haut de gamme tout comme la résidence et l hôtel urn tv supplémentaire dans la chambre apporterait plus de confort selon le point de vue de chacun La piscine et le bar au 77eme étage sont incroyables les restaurants sur les plages sont très bon supermarchés pharmacie ouvert 24/24 Dommage qu il n y ait une consigne sur la résidence mais une solution est envisageable à l hôtel moyennant finance

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Excelente ubicacion e inmejorable edificio. La empresa que maneja el piso lo hace bastante bien. Lo unico negativo a destacar es el equipamiento en general y de la cocina en particular. El duenio ha pagado usd2M por un piso y recanea en utensillos, cuchillos, platos, ollas. Hay un rejunte de sobras de casa de su madre y de su abuela. Imperdonable. Aunque sea compren en IKEA por favor!. Luego la caja de seguridad no esta adherida a la pared 'porque el duenio no quiere'. Volveria? a La Vie seguro, a este apartamento solo si no tengo otras opciones.

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

My stay was lovely, apartment is well maintained, and the location and the views are stunning. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at the villa at the Royal Residences. Ahmad was a fantastic host, answered all our questions and provided great suggestions. We villa was spotless, the staff at the resort were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and any questions during the stay hassle-free. Nas dolazak je bio u 2 sata ujutro i bez problema samo mogli autonomno uci u smjestaj jer nam je domacin Sarbjeet Singh ostavila kljuc. Desio se problem sa alarmom koji se iznenada upalio u 4 ujutro prve noci i nase dijete se jako prepalo te su sutra dan odmah utvrdili skupa sa osiguranjem o cemu se radilo (drugi stanari su pusili na balkonu i kroz balkonska vrata je usao dim i zvonila je cijela zgrada). Na svaki nas upit odgovarala je jako brzo i pomogla u vezi svih nedoumica Apartman je nadmasio sva moja ocekivanja jer sam navikla platit dosta a da se za te novce ne dobije nista osim osnovnih stvari,dakle ovaj apartman sadrzi sve moguce stvari za kucanstvo/kuhanje itd.. Lokacija fenomenalna,plaza odmah ispred,doduse nije moguce koristiti lezaljke direktno na plazi jer su one u vlasnistvu cove beach cluba ali imate lezalje 3 metra povise i 2 bazena.

Очень уютная квартира, просторная, светлая, с новым красивым ремонтом, было чисто. В доме есть отличный бассейн и спортзал, нам все понравилось. Район совсем новый, но там приятно гулять вдоль воды и смотреть на закат на пляже
