Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jonestown

Our family loved this place and really enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back again soon as we have family in the area. It really was like a treehouse. The rules said not to clean up too much, which was really hard for my wife. The house was clean and peaceful. A great find!

Our family of 10 enjoyed this Lake House home. It is perfect for families. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a nice separation of bedrooms on the upper level for the adults allowing our teenage kids to have the lower level bedrooms, but there were also bedrooms laid out to accommodate parents and children of younger ages on the lower level. We especially enjoyed the game room with table tennis, foosball and darts. The home has a flat, grassy back yard and we were easily able to set up a volleyball net and play soccer. The friendly deer emerged in the evenings and mornings and were a delight. The owner, Matt, was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. We were prepared for lower lake levels given the drought at Lake Travis, so note that the hike down to the water and the dock is steep and rocky given the current conditions.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. James was a responsive and helpful host. We experienced a minor kitchen drain issue, but with it being a holiday weekend, he stayed in touch and we found an easy workaround—it didn’t impact our plans at all. We spent a relaxing weekend lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful space. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

Place was very clean and was owner was very helpful in all of our requests. We will recommend our friends and family stay here if not staying with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Jenelle's place! We brought our dogs and they loved the huge yard and direct access to the lake! We also enjoyed the relaxed environment of being out back. We made s'mores in the firepit and made use of the kayaks they offered! The outdoor space really ticks all the boxes! The inside looks just like the pictures. Beautiful kitchen on the second floor with a good, smaller kitchen on the first floor. Above all, Jenelle was really accommodating to us and made sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. She also sends a very helpful guidebook ahead of time to help plan your stay, which as someone who loves to plan and stay organized I really appreciated! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Austin!

We had an amazing time at this place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Stephanie's thoughtful touch was evident in the helpful videos she provided, making it easy for us to navigate any issues. But the real highlight was the serene outdoor space! The peaceful atmosphere was incredibly calming, and we loved unwinding by the pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect cherry on top of our stay!

Great place, looks just like the pictures. The location is off the beaten path, 10-15 minutes off the main road. It is quiet and has great views. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had the essentials with some extras. The only con was the shower pressure was lacking. Overall, we enjoyed out visit.

I had an absolutely lovely time staying at Cata’s place! The grounds were beautiful, quiet, and so very peaceful. The pool was lovely (and deep!) with comfy loungers all around. Our room was extremely cozy, with the perfect little kitchen. My dog and I had a wonderful and peaceful time! I miss being there already!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

This house is the perfect lake house getaway! My wife and I had a great time and were so comfortable. Flip and Elizabeth are wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What makes this house so special is the sunset view of the lake. It's high on a hill with a perfect view of the setting sun. The sky is truly magnificent. What's also great is there empty lots to the R and L of the house. So there's lots of privacy and the feeling of being in nature. I'd prefer this house over being on the lake actually. It's one of the best views you'll find in Point Venture (maybe even the best)! The house is super clean and updated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are all beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The coach is great too while watching TV on the projector. We had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about this place. We'll definitely be back! Point Venture is a special oasis in the middle of TX! Thank you!

The home was absolutely amazing! Everything clean and in order upon arrival. The home is really spacious for a small group. The balcony view of the lake was epic. The only thing I would have to complain about is the water pressure inside of the home was hit or miss. The guest bathrooms shower pretty much didn’t work. Besides that my experience at this was great and I would totally recommend someone staying here when visiting lake Travis or the Austin area..

Camille was an excellent host and our stay was everything we hoped for! The home was beautiful and had plenty of seating space for our group when hanging out around the house, and many recreational activities in the area. We especially liked the welcome book in the home providing some recommendations for local activities and things to do nearby. Also, everything was very clean and the instructions on checking in, the stay, and the check out were very clear! We are incredibly pleased with our visit to Lago Vista!

We had such a wonderful time there. the place is gorgeous and the scenery is amazing. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Daniel’s place was very nice! Incredibly spacious, clean, well-furnished, and a great jump off spot to get to the lake. We did not need all three bedrooms since it was just the two of us, but is a good option for next trip out with a group of people. The bathroom was huge, spacious, and clean. We will definitely be back!

Rod’s, home was a very beautiful with amazing service. Messages back fast and willing to work with you. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Arya and Leonard’s place. We came in for the weekend for Mother’s Day and had family over the entire time. Way better than staying at a hotel, and way cheaper! The stairs going to the second floor don’t have a rail at the bottom (as in the pictures), so be careful if you have real little ones. Also, the beds are super firm, but not uncomfortable.

We came down for a quick weekend getaway. I had asked prior to arriving about local recommendations for things to do and restaurants, Lisa did not disappoint!! Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos! Of all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in, Lisa’s was the cleanest by far! We would love to stay here again in the future.

This is an incredible place. Because we arrived late (after dark), we had some difficulty finding the exact location but Larry, the park host, was incredibly helpful and went all out to help us find the place and get settled in. The location is fantastic and a perfect place to chill and do nothing. There are activities (trails, biking, etc.) if you are interested. The park host was fantastic. I give this place my highest recommendation!

Stayed here for a friend’s birthday over the weekend. Beautiful home and an awesome view. Would come back again. Ashton & Fernny were very good at communicating and so nice! Thank you for letting us stay.

The ultimate location for relaxation and to unwind. The upper level deck has an amazing view of the lake and we caught a sunset each night of our stay. The garage was full of entertainment for our kiddo and we passed time playing the arcade games, hoops, air hockey and ping pong. The home has beautiful decor and super comfy couches and beds, plenty of space to spread out. Also, check out the master bath, it’s stunning! The kitchen has everything you need to throw together something delicious and beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Great place and exactly as advertised. Had a wedding in the area and needed a nice house that was flexible with dogs. It was exactly what the family needed.
