Kelly’s cabin is a dreamy lakeside escape. Everything was perfect! The cozy interior, the peaceful privacy, the incredible hot tub, and the easy lake access. We felt completely at ease and cared for the entire time. You can tell this place is thoughtfully equipped for guests. It was the ideal getaway for us, and we’re so grateful for the memories. We loved staying at this loft! It had a lovely view of the hill country and it is all shiny and new. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice with plenty of towels. My boys were obsessed with the pool/hot tub, little store and game room. We all played shuffleboard and ping pong for hours. It was a great getaway–close enough to stores and restaurants but secluded. I would definitely come back!

Tricia's place was exactly what we were looking for and everything we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, secluded and incredibly peaceful. No neighbors, no noise, just absolute serenity. Plus, her pets were so friendly and definitely added to the whole experience. The cabin was amazing in itself because of how old it is and how well it's been preserved and maintained. It had every modern amenity you could want or need. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked great and the WiFi worked great for streaming. With all that said, we would absolutely go back again.

A perfect weekend getaway. Just the peaceful environment we were looking for. The space was clean, cozy, plenty of space. The 7.5 acres was so much fun for our 2 dogs to explore. Absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you!

Perfect little weekend getaway! House is private and clean. My wife and I love these little cottages where we can get out of town for a vacation and just...do as little as possible. The mattress is fantastic. I always fret a bit when trying a new place that I'll end up sleeping horribly due to a mattress that's been skimped on. Not here. We slept like babies every night. I also had a chance to meet the host one afternoon. She was very friendly and we had a great little chat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get away from the Rat Race.

Please improve the check instructions for people like me, suggest: Self check in with lockbox. Code will be sent via email/ text. This would have avoided the one small issue we had. As soon as the booking is approved if it were my rental, code would be sent in the app, via text and email, which eliminates any plausible deniability. Loved this little place. Mini splits are very quiet! Blake appreciated all feedback we had to make the stay better for others. I loved that all the switches were marked! Additionally note parking in front of property

We loved our stay here! Trinity was very communicative and accommodating. The property was beautiful. The house was unique, cozy, clean and quiet. We felt right at home, the beds were comfy (and as a bonus, the linens didn’t smell like any artificial fragrance), and there were a lot of thoughtful amenities. They go the extra mile for their guests!

We especially appreciated how close it was to Perdenales Falls State Park and that you allow pets – that was a big bonus for us! Clean home and solid construction off the beaten path provided a wonderful night‘s rest. Early morning rise followed with tranquil outside seat and first cup of coffee followed by a second. Every box checked for a weary traveler seeking to refresh and replenish a dwindling reserve. Old books and vast views exist side-by-side and up-close with hill country nature and healing.

This cozy little cabin was everything we were hoping for and more! Adorably decorated and situated in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Our family lived enjoying our morning coffee and tea on the front porch while we watched for deer and birds of all kinds! What makes this stay a real treasure is Drew's hospitality - he was so communicative and provided great insight into the home and the area. We felt like we were staying at a family cabin! We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I stayed three nights . We loved the character of the rock house. My wife. Really loved Feeding the cows. River is close by. We loved downtown georgetown. Sharon was great.

Jeffrey was so very accommodating and sweet. He went above and beyond for our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we got to see the longhorns right in the yard about 5 ft away from us. very spacious and very clean. we will definitely be back again. thank you Jeff for everything.

The home was amazing. It was lovely to watch the deer grazing in the mornings. William ensured that everything that we needed was available. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for me and my dog Nina. Really peaceful place surrounded by nature in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin was clean, cozy and exactly what we needed. Definitely pet-friendly as advertised - Nina was comfortable the whole time. The drive there was beautiful too, which was a nice bonus. Simple, clean, quiet, and actually pet-friendly. The cabin was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. We were about 20 minutes from all the events we had planned in north Austin area. Horses are on site and friendly. Deer walked past the cabin multiple times. Very dog friendly! Our hosts responded to us immediately every time we had a question.

4 days on the property and didn't see a single soul. property is near other homes so you'll hear others living their lives during the day... working in the shed, kids playing, car alarms, etc. But mornings and evenings are pretty quiet. property is a good balance of out door camping and convenience of shelter and electricity. good option for a quick get away from Austin, not too long of a drive. outdoor space is great with picnic table, fire pit and hammock. Jay was super helpful and responsive.

Cozy spot, nearby water isn't accessible so kayaking and swimming isn't available due to drought. the ambience is nice for relaxing and pictures . the fire place is gas.

If you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay, this is your place! We felt so relaxed and the area is absolutely gorgeous. You’re away from the city but close enough to all Austin has to offer. We will definitely stay again in the future.

America was a wonderful host. She communicated very well. She was also very attentive. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway with my guitar. The cabin is very cozy and just as advertised. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway in Hill Country with your significant other, you should come here. I saw about 12 deer from the porch. I hope you do too.
