This guest house is way more beautiful in person than in the photos! The location is pristine and peaceful. The space was ample, clean, and beautifully decorated. The guest house is completely separate from the main house, which was important for me. Sandi was very helpful, pleasant, and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in! Shannon is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I instantly felt welcome upon entering. Her attention to detail is impeccable! There are so many thoughtful things placed throughout the home, from extra plug strips, blankets, snacks, coffee, etc. I really appreciated all the special touches. The location is in a great quiet neighborhood with easy, quick access to the main street with many stores should you need anything. While the rental is part of a home, the basement apartment set up gives the guests plenty of privacy. Overall, I highly recommend a stay should you find yourself in Roswell or the surrounding area!

Lev’s place was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and spacious. You could easily navigate to multiple areas of Atlanta and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Lev was always quick to respond when I reached out. I would definitely stay there again should I need a place in the Atlanta area.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

I drove to SC to GA for a surgery, I stay in this beautiful place, Alexia send me an email with all instructions how to check in was easy ,comfortable and safe I felt satisfied being there had my own space and peaceful is what I needed, I loved it and will go again, thank you Alexia for everything!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Alexis was very helpful and responsive. The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures and many grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Over all a great stay and host.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

This is our second stay here in the last year and We LOVE staying at Christian & Chelsea’s place. It’s our favorite AirBnB in the area! Everything is great and the location is perfect. The mall is down an exit. Walmart is about 6 mins away and so are a few restaurants. Chelsea is a great host and everything we needed was all there for us. Highly recommend!

Clean and quiet place. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you may need to cook. As a woman with celiac disease, it gave me exactly what I needed to cook safe meals during my stay.

It was a very nice place to stay at. Shonda is a fantastic host and checked to make sure my check in and time spent were good and problem free. It really was a cozy place to stay and felt like home.

Booked this room for my parents, they were extremely happy with the room and location. Will definitely be booking again.

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
