Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene. Palju käytössä lisähinnasta 70€. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Poikkeustilanteessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta erillisveloituksella.

Modern two room apartment in the third floor of the apartment house build 1930, full renovated 2005. The house is located very close to the lake Höytiäinen. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.

Just a 25-minute drive from the center of Joensuu. Peaceful location, especially good for couples to calm down. Located on the shore of Viinjärvi. The cottage has a renovated kitchen and sauna in -20. The cottage has washing water from the lake, but drinking water must be brought. There is also hot water from the tap in the kitchen. Heating the cottage with a baking oven and an air source heat pump. Compost toilet in a separate building. Linens are not included. No pets.

Tervetuloa Lammenrantaan. Olemme Joensuulainen pariskunta ja vuokraamme talomme alakertaa. Majoittuja saa käyttöönsä tilavan huoneen omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Käytössä on myös oma wc ja pesuhuone sekä pyykinpesukone. Tilassa on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin. Ruokailuvälineet ja astiat. Lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita, niistä peritään 10€ maksu.
