Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and city centre services are all just a few hundred metres away! I provide towels, bedding and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies.
