The cottage was very good! There's a Smart TV and Harman /Kardo's Bluetooth speaker, all the supplies in the kitchen, toilet, cleaning, and grill. It's a duplex, but we didn't have a neighbor while we were there. Such a recomendable place!

A cozy and spacious cottage in the beautiful Pielinen landscape. The cottage had everything you needed and Jarkko responded to messages quickly. Cozy and comfortable home in a quiet location but close to the city.

We enjoyed the holiday there very much. In addition to pure relaxation, there were also plenty of activities that were offered to make the stay as unique as possible. The toboggan run, which is only a few minutes walk away from the house, was a super busy for small and large. With the snowmobile provided, we were able to explore the surroundings and drive through the snowy forests. We had a lot of fun! The highlight was also the ice bathing in the lake after the sauna as well as ice fishing. Many thanks to Arthur and his son for sawing up the hole in the frozen lake😁. Definitely worth an experience! We can only recommend this house from the whole family and assure you they will have a holiday like never before with enough fun and relaxation.

Very traditional and idyllic cabin in the North Karelian wilderness. Pasi was very accommodating and helpful with my stay. The area features a lot of bogs, rivers and lakes, a lot of which are protected habitats. Ilomantsi is also a good destination for several heritage sites. Highly recommended for someone truly interested in nature.

Pure relaxation, quiet place, but also suitable for remote work. Host Jari and his wife are super friendly and nice and make an effort to make sure you have a nice holiday. Everything you need is available in the accommodation, good shopping is available within a radius of about 10 km. The lake invites you to swim and the sunsets are breathtaking. Spacious, warm and lovely! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped and comfortable.

With another host being a total no-show, I had to immediately find another place to stay that evening. Thankfully, Anna stepped in and provided me with everything I needed. The place is new and cozy, right next to the university campus where I had business over the next couple of days. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay, the place is unique, like a fairy tale. We were very comfortable, relaxed and recharging. The house is, if anything, better than what is described in the description and photos. The hosts are charming and very attentive. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Our 200% recommendation for those looking for a charming and magical place to relax and unwind!!!

We had a nice weekend at Minna's cottage. The listing matched the description well: a clean and quiet wilderness cottage. The location was private and peaceful. Nearby is Petkeljärvi National Park with stunning scenery and several routes for day hiking. The cottage was clean and equipped for the night and cooking. The sauna in the cottage was a really great experience :) We stayed at the end of October, when it was already quite cold, but the cottage heated up quickly and kept the heat well. For those staying later in the fall, I recommend a headlamp for the trip, as it was really dark in the evening. Minna was a friendly and helpful host!
