We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is beautiful and accommodating. Hosts were great - you can tell they care about their guests as much as they care for their property. Very clean inside and out. Didn’t even have to contend with bugs too much outside because of the bug zappers. Being right on the lake was super fun. Plenty to do. Can’t recommend enough!

As described the house was private and peaceful with plenty to do without leaving and spending a ton of money! I could see myself vacationing often with my whole family, because although there were only two of us it had plenty of space to share in future bookings. I vlogged the whole experience and got several requests to send the link so friends and family could book in the future. Hosts made it easy to feel comfortable and stress free! 10/10 experience for sure.

We had a great experience at Lilly's place. Very spacious and clean for the price. Lilly was responsive, although we had no problems, I just had a question or two. There are some nice walking paths around the lake. Everything else is a bit of a drive, but that's Dallas for you -- it's not a problem with the home or the community. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Kim was truly one of the most exceptional hosts, dedicated to crafting an unforgettable vacation experience. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests receive the ultimate getaway. The house is stunning and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We will most certainly be returning, for it was incredibly difficult to leave. A little piece of paradise that will forever be etched in our hearts.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at the FH Lakehouse Retreat! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets for lakefront evenings. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and our mornings on the patio with coffee were a dream. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and our entire stay stress-free. We can’t wait to come back for another getaway. Highly recommend!

This home was hands down our most favorite house we’ve stayed in! The house was immaculately clean - we felt so comfortable staying in it. The linens were fresh and kitchen appliances were super clean. My kids enjoyed the backyard and it was so relaxing to enjoy the beautiful green trees surrounding the home, definitely felt so peaceful! The location was amazing, there is a huge park within walking distance that has different playgrounds and walking trails. And there are many restaurants very close by. The area was very safe which was super important to us. Owners were super kind and responsive to my questions. Definitely highly recommend staying here if you are in this area, you won’t regret it!

A great little neighborhood, safe and friendly. The house was welcoming, clean and beds comfortable. The backyard is huge and shaded! A very convenient location to White Rock Lake, arboretum and fun coffee shops.

This place is very beautiful and relaxing. Kelsey is very helpful and so nice! They even have us recommendations for close restaurants! She responds fast and has clear instructions for everything in the house.

I recently booked John’s airbnb for my family visiting from Missouri, and I’m thrilled to share that they had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was everything I hoped for and more—providing the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway. From the moment they arrived, they felt welcomed and at ease. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering all the amenities they needed for a stress-free stay. One of the highlights was the backyard, which turned out to be an absolute hit—especially with the toddler! They spent hours playing and exploring the outdoor space, making it a true haven for the little one. The location was also ideal, allowing my family to easily explore the local area while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. The host was attentive and made sure everything was in order, which added to the overall positive experience.

Had an excellent time at this location. Created the perfect quick meet up stop to visit family that drove from Abilene. Place was clean and welcoming. Loved that it was pet friendly and there was plenty of room in the yard for my dogs to run around and stretch their legs. Would definitely recommend.

We were visiting friends in the area and we're bringing our dog along. This location allowed pets. The place was super clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with Target less than a mile down the road. Bret and his team responded quickly. The only tricky issue was the alarm and electronic lock but that all stemmed from user error. I will easily booking this place again if we come back to the area. Cheers.

My family and I loved our little vacation and this beautiful home. My kids swam daily and loved the media room. Host was great, kind and quick to respond.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We live locally, and needed a place to live while our home was finishing being built. With the location walking distance to the pool, kids park, lake, and yes, the Tom Thumb grocery store. All this made our choice very easy. Not to mention we had everything needed, full size laundry, full kitchen, and large tv for the kids when not in school to enjoy. Great air-conditioning and a quiet neighborhood too. Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed our one month stay!

The home looked exactly like the photos. It was even nicer than I thought it was gonna be. It was large enough for our big family. Had enough spaces for people to go off on their own and find some space. Yet it was cozy. Everything was top of the line. She thought of everything and had a lovely bottle of wine for us when we arrived, which was well needed because we had travel day long. We will be back!😎

Charming place with thoughtful touches throughout. We really enjoyed our stay! Not as kid friendly if you have infant or toddlers mobile, given the 3 levels of stairs, but pack and play and stair guardrail was provided by the host so helpful.

A WONDERFUL home in Dallas. We (me, my partner, and our dog) loved everything about it. The backyard was spacious but private. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. We spent hours reading under the gazebo. And that's just the backyard! The inside is similarly lovely. Great, open layout. A couch that's immensely comfortable. And a nice new shower. Last, but not least, we felt close to everything we wanted to visit. The gardens, the lake, and a host of restaurants. We had a lovely time for the week.
