Holiday rentals with a patio in Joanópolis

The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

Everything was perfect, I stayed 3 days and they were incredible! The tourist part is beautiful and very close to the accommodation, everything was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed everything! Besides, the owners are super nice and helpful! We will definitely recommend and return!!!! WE LOVE IT!

My stay at this location was just amazing! The place is charming, very well maintained and exactly as in the photos - even better. Every detail shows care and attention, which made me feel at home from the first moment. But the real highlight is the host, who was a wonderful person. Always available, kind and welcoming, he did everything to ensure that my experience was perfect. He was definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met! I recommend it with my eyes closed and hope to be back soon. Thank you for everything!

The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It's well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. Ah, just outside the city, going to Paulo's house, has a great market. Thank you so much Paulo for sharing your wonderful space with us. God bless.

Great house. Complete in comfortable and smelling crockery and bedding, we really felt at home. Laine made a difference. It takes care of the house and still cooks divinely, very attentive and helpful! We'll be back!

Casa Freire is great for family time. We had a really nice weekend. The location is great, and the place is very quiet.

Very cozy and peaceful place. We went as two people and we were able to sleep peacefully without noise, read in the hammock, study, watch and we made all the meals. We only brought the food and all the utensils were available there. It gives about 20 minutes of dirt road from the city entrance to the site, my car is a 2004 corsa classic and was able to usually take it easy. the check-in was flexible and I was able to get in hours before. Ligia explained the recommendations very well and we intend to return in the future. It was a pleasant journey.

This was, without a doubt, the best stay I've ever had! Simony is very kind, cheerful and communicative, and you can feel this energy in every detail of the house. The house is even more beautiful in person, every corner thought out in the smallest details! Everything is very cozy, clean and fragrant. An incredible good taste! Bed and bath linens are of quality, also very clean and smelling, in addition to very comfortable beds, for a perfect night's sleep. We were greeted with a delicious welcome coffee, with cake, biscuits, jam and hot drinks. The house is very well equipped, with a full kitchen for those who like to cook. Besides all the positive points, the location is excellent! It is close to the center, tourist attractions and in an easily accessible location. We went as a group of 6, and we all came back delighted. We hope to come back again and again! For those looking for the perfect place to feel at home, relax and fall in love, this is the place to stay!

Just compliments... Host Débora was great, from the instructions to the end of the stay, very polite and friendly, the chalet is pure coziness, exactly like being in the photos, practical, clean, airy... the outside area was what won me the most, I was passionate about spending my mornings in that tranquility and in contact with nature. The cottage is located in a very quiet and wooded condominium, has a gorgeous orchard with fresh fruit (enjoy kkkkk). Recommend D++

It was delicious, impeccable house, everything clean and very well organized. Great location. So far, we're delighted with the view. We loved it too much. Joanópolis is beautiful, we went to the Cachoeira dos Pretos and did Cross buoy… I highly recommend it.
