The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It's well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. Ah, just outside the city, going to Paulo's house, has a great market. Thank you so much Paulo for sharing your wonderful space with us. God bless.

The best cost benefit in Monte Verde!!!! What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable chalet (apartment) with two suites. I was simply delighted. Next to the center of Monte Verde (literally) you can do everything on foot and without having to spend on parking (which is difficult to find). I recommend it without a doubt.

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. We were lucky to get cold days with temperatures that were below zero in the morning and the house was ready to serve us! Heaters in all rooms, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens of excellent quality It has all the household utensils to avoid any kind of difficulty. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The landscape of the place is enchanting. Walter was always available before, during and after our stay. The employee Dirce who received us is friendly and helpful. The house has games for the children so they don't get bored. It is possible to notice that everything there is done with great zeal and care. We will definitely return!!!

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

This was, without a doubt, the best stay I've ever had! Simony is very kind, cheerful and communicative, and you can feel this energy in every detail of the house. The house is even more beautiful in person, every corner thought out in the smallest details! Everything is very cozy, clean and fragrant. An incredible good taste! Bed and bath linens are of quality, also very clean and smelling, in addition to very comfortable beds, for a perfect night's sleep. We were greeted with a delicious welcome coffee, with cake, biscuits, jam and hot drinks. The house is very well equipped, with a full kitchen for those who like to cook. Besides all the positive points, the location is excellent! It is close to the center, tourist attractions and in an easily accessible location. We went as a group of 6, and we all came back delighted. We hope to come back again and again! For those looking for the perfect place to feel at home, relax and fall in love, this is the place to stay!

A charming cottage in the outskirts of Monte Verde. Surrounded by greenery, great views from the porch. Paved road all the way to the entrance gate. Social areas are full of light with rows of windows. Three suites, with en-suite bathrooms. Showers are excellent: usually in Brazil one finds electric showers which are terrible on cold days - Bernardo’s home has gas fired water heating and showers are superb - there is hot water even in the sinks, which is definitely not common. There is no central heating in the house, only one (well built) wood burning fireplace. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances, including an nespresso style coffeemaker. Smart LG TV that allows easy access to YouTube and Netflix. There are hammocks under the bench on the study. All the instructions in the house are in Portuguese. Although the house is outside the city center, we had pizza delivery without problems. However, it is too far away to walk downtown (and the street is a steeply inc

great accommodation, extremely well located, right in the middle of the center, wherever you go there is something good to do, very solicitous and responds quickly, it was worth it

The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

Wanda was very helpful even with my last minute booking. The village accepted and welcomed my dogs. the accommodation is impeccable. spacesa towels and super-scented bedding. which delights of place! I hope to return as soon as possible!

Everything was perfect, I stayed 3 days and they were incredible! The tourist part is beautiful and very close to the accommodation, everything was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed everything! We spent 3 extremely pleasant days in Dnalva's apartment, everything as advertised and in the photos presented. The location is great, there are restaurants nearby, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store..., cleaning in order, clean bed linen and towels. It was a perfect weekend! I definitely recommend this place.

Great Chalet, simple, spacious, comfortable, we took our dog and it was great, there are two chalets consider renting the from above, the access is by dirt street, but it is a short stretch, it has a nearby market and bakery, but to go to the center has to be by car, excellent cost benefit.

Super surprised us the place. Everything very beautiful, well decorated, cozy, had everything we needed. Surrounding nature very exuberant. This was a sensational experience.

Impeccable Chalé, access needs improvements and a better structure to reach the chalet !

The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, including space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with your little calf! Very cool! I recommend the hiring of Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely attentive to us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!
