Paulo has been requested since before check-in, the space was impeccable, the area is reserved and very quiet. The Internet worked perfectly for Home Office, the pool was clean and it was getting a lot of sunshine and was always at an optimum temperature, the road although dirt was in good condition. Our pets were well received as well, only compliments for Paulo and Mr. Primo, thank you for the great stay and the receptivity at your house, my parents felt at home and we will be back soon! If you like silence, tranquility and a place reserved there is the ideal place!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

fantastic place. The dam site is very beautiful, it has a soccer field and a playground for children practically next to the house. Hot pool, pleasant place, Débora very attentive, whenever I needed. If we have the opportunity, we will return for sure.

I've had a wonderful experience at this charming home in Joanópolis! From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by a serenity that is rarely found in tourist places. The calm of the place is simply perfect; the gentle wind beating on the trees brings a sense of peace that nourishes the soul. One of the best moments of my day was to let me take you through the gentle corners of the birds, creating a natural soundtrack that complements the beauty of the place. The house is extremely cozy, providing a home away from home. A special highlight was the delicious bathtub, where I was able to relax completely while admiring the stunning view of the woods before descending to the creek. There is no price to be able to enjoy this unique moment, surrounded by nature and rebuilding inner peace. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet and renovating getaway. om I'll definitely come back to enjoy more of these magical moments!

Sensacional has everything, I felt at home, reception staff who delivers the very sympathetic and polite keys tb , the Luciula that and the owner of the house is a very nice, polite and sympathetic person,whatever needs he helps you send people to the place in 10 min.. all the great house and very nice with a magical view....Refrigerators tops line and the outside looks like the house of the snow-white...my family loved it will be back soon; The 42-inch smart TVs in the couple's bedroom and the living room with all the channels and all the platforms , Netflix, Prime, Aple and Max..the restaurants in green hill were in 3 better than the other...one of them Alameda Switzerland and something like that unspeakable good....we'll be back soon .

We had a very nice family weekend at Fernanda's place! All rooms were spotlessly clean and the house has all the necessary utensils! I loved the decor and tranquility of the place! I highly recommend the stay and would come back again!

Emerson was very attentive and proactive, always responding very quickly, helping us with what was necessary. The house is exactly as advertised, all new, full kitchen, airy and well-lit space. The view is wonderful and the terrace gives you a panoramic view of the dam. The hydro is very good and works perfectly, fills up very quickly and does not take long to heat up. The dirt road is maintained. The only negative point was having other houses on the property, which ends up taking away a little privacy just outside the house, but this did not hinder the stay at all. The hosts offer firewood and charcoal included, which was a differential in addition to Yoki's products.

We very much like being in Joanolpolis at the house of Juliana and Gil, a fantastic place that connects us with nature and brings the tranquility and peace of the interior city, it was three pleasant days we made food on the wood stove, it was wonderful,the view from the house is amazing a beautiful sunset I loved staying worth every cent, it has Prox restaurant with everything you need ! I loved the house, a huge, simple and cozy space, perfect beds, very comfortable. Impeccable, fragrant and warm swimwear and bedding. Very clean house, everything practical. The street is very quiet, very close to the center, you can walk day and night, I felt safe, I did not take the car out of the garage. The host is great, very friendly, responds quickly. Everything was perfect.

The house is a delight! It has an incredible landscape, a super pleasant climate! It is very spacious, the rooms are very well organized, the mattresses are good! The house was fully equipped for cooking, there were many utensils, which made us very comfortable to cook. The TV had plenty of channels. Jessika served us incredibly well, she was always very available, always very friendly and accessible! Her employee, Patrícia, was also super kind and helped us a lot the days we stayed! It was a great trip! We intend to return for sure!
