The water temperature in the pool is excellent, clean and in good condition. The spectacular gardens, I think the house is much prettier than what you see in the photos, a great view. Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place was well suited to our needs. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and check-out. We would stay again since the place lends itself to a more noisy environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

The house was fabulous! the staff was amazing and super quick to respond. We Uber from CDMX and arrived before our check in time and they were kind enough to let us in early. The place was spotless even thought we had booked the night before. The pool was amazing, they had lots of balls to play with, the kids loved it. the linens and pillows were amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked and it couldn't had been more fun even for one night. The view and sounds of the water behind us were great. The stairs were steep and a lot, but it made sense for how beautiful the house was, we didn't mind them.

The place is very quiet and with great space to be with the family, in our case with small dogs, the cleanliness is impeccable and I imagine they smoke frequently because we did not see insects typical of the area, only the classic mosquitoes and ants that are not a problem in themselves, it is very convenient that two of the rooms have air conditioning which makes rest not a problem even in a time of intense heat, there is a self-service shop a few meters away which is very convenient to buy food, ice or almost anything, they were always attentive to any doubt and always very friendly with us, certainly a place to return. Great experience in every way

We had a very nice stay! The space is spacious, ideal for enjoying the garden and the pool in comfort. We appreciate that pets are welcome, as long as the house rules are respected. As a suggestion, it would only be necessary to add signage for the lights. Mr. Simon was always attentive to what we needed and was very patient with our dogs. On the first day, there was a blackout, but that was in the neighborhood in general. We also appreciate that the place had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, an accessible arrival time, due to the traffic we arrived late but they welcomed us very well, as a recommendation to take everything from the purchases because the stores are somewhat remote. The weather was very pleasant and the house was always ventilated. All the issues we had were quickly resolved by the hosts, and they also understood the mishaps that occurred. We appreciate the welcome, and we hope to return soon. Thank you.

The apartment is beautiful, the amenities in excellent condition, the delicious pool, the impeccable safety, the always friendly staff and Jessica's always friendly attention always clear friendly always responded quickly, made us have an incredible vacation…. We're definitely going back!!

My stay at this place was pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were very attentive and gave us a warm welcome, explaining everything we needed to know about the house and the area. The property is spotless, clean, modern and very well appointed. Everything was just as described in the listing, and it even exceeded our expectations. The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and well located stay. We'll be back for sure!

Mr. Miguel was attentive at all times and answered all the questions we had. The cabin is in a quiet area and has privacy. Right next to it is a well-stocked shop where you can get firewood for the campfire for $100. The only thing is that the shower has a trick to use and the hot water doesn't last long, so you have to take express baths (5 minutes). Maybe we didn't know how to turn on the boiler or if it had a fault Everything else was fine, it's a cozy place, ideal to rest from the noise of the city.

Great place to rest for couple with dogs! We really enjoyed our time in the cabin (so did our dogs). Definitely, we recommend the place due to its facilities and Victor is super friendly.

This chalet is a beautiful one. Very comfortable beds, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace is excellent. The space to leave the vehicles was great. The area is quite quiet and enjoyable which was very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and treated us with courtesy. We'll probably be back soon!

I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It is very quiet, peaceful and cozy and one of the best places to see stars in Tepoztlan! Martha and Augustin are lovely people. I recommend you come to this beuitful place to rest and relax!
