The apartment is beautiful, the amenities in excellent condition, the delicious pool, the impeccable safety, the always friendly staff and Jessica's always friendly attention always clear friendly always responded quickly, made us have an incredible vacation…. We're definitely going back!!

Everything is excellent, easy to reach, the plus is the privacy of the garden and the pool, the owner is attentive at all times. No doubt if the opportunity to go is presented again, we will book again at this place, thank you so much!!

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very tasty and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the reception. The place is really complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is good.

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

The house was really nice and it had everything we needed it. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a month and basically had no problems. Adriana was responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again if we come back to Cuernavaca.

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

The house is incredibly spacious, the architecture and style makes you feel at home. The spacious rooms help to keep you cool. The garden gives it a touch that makes you feel at peace and at home. Upon arrival, you can see the attention to detail of the owners: from the very nice towels to a first aid kit. It is undoubtedly my first choice to spend several days in Cuernavaca with my family.

We loved it, we had a great time, the support staff was super attentive! It was a cold season and even though we paid for the boiler, the pool never heated up, but it was the only detail, everything else 100% recommended.

A very beautiful house. I only went for an event and I couldn't enjoy the amenities like the pool, but it was very large and it looked very comfortable to spend time with the family. I'm sure I'll be back!
