Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. Absolutely loved our stay at this seafront Airbnb! The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and breathtaking sunrises every morning. The property itself had such a relaxing vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind. Our host was incredibly proactive and attentive—when we asked for a blender, they promptly provided a new one without hesitation. Communication was smooth and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway. We had a fantastic experience!

Wir haben uns in Albertos Apartment auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustüre und man erreicht zu Fuß bequem unzählige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet - Shampoo, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Öl, Salz/ Pfeffer, Mülltüten, Sonnenschirm, Liegen für den Strand etc. - alles ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Für uns gibt es in Villajoyosa keine bessere Alternative.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, genügend Platz für zwei Personen für eine Woche. Die Küche hatte eine ausreichende Ausstattung um zu kochen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Irene war sehr freundlich sowie proaktiv und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Irene nur empfehlen.

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Natalia hat sehr zeitnah unsere Nachrichten beantwortet und war stets freundlich. Das Check-In klappte problemlos.

Fantastisk terrass som vi alla blev förälskade i. Rent och fräscht, relativt stora utrymmen och 5-10 min promenad till city. Större matbutik 3 min bort. Enda nackdelen var att trappuppgången saknade hiss, lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen. Sängarna & kuddarna skulle gärna få vara mjukare men jag skulle ändå rekommendera denna lägenhet till alla jag känner. Prisvärt och Carlos är en mycket bra hyresvärd!

Det er et dejligt område, det ligger i et boligkvarter, så man møder mange lokale. Det er absolut ikke et område for gangbesværede, men meget charmerende. Marlena og Gøran er meget søde og hjælpsomme.

Flott sted, rent og pent. Josep var rask til å svare og hyggelig. Kommer gjerne igjen.

We waren 4 nachten de gasten van Aart in Benimantell, maar hadden daar zeker een week willen blijven. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op koudere avonden lekker de pallet kachel aan! Een appartement waarin je uitgebreid kunt koken, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement met zijn vele trapjes is zeer geschikt voor mensen die de bergen in gaan, een mooie opwarming voor je spieren! Aart is een heel behulpzame en communicatieve host, die zowel een fles lekkere wijn als locale olijfolie klaar had staan.

Der Aufenthalt bei Rita und Álvaro war einfach fantastisch – mit Abstand unsere beste Airbnb-Erfahrung bisher! Vom ersten Kontakt an bis zum Check-out war alles absolut unkompliziert, herzlich und professionell. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich, und besonders dankbar sind wir für die Flexibilität beim Check-in und Check-out – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Rita und Álvaro sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein absoluter Traum: modern, stilvoll eingerichtet, dabei gleichzeitig gemütlich und durchdacht bis ins kleinste Detail. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die makellose Sauberkeit, die angenehme Klimaanlage (die gerade bei den warmen Temperaturen Gold wert ist) und die liebevolle Ausstattung. Auch die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist gut erreichbar, sei es mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊

I recently stayed at a beachfront apartment in Benidorm, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better—right on the seafront with stunning views of the Mediterranean. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from the balcony every evening was a highlight. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living area was comfortable and cozy. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a big plus, and the air conditioning kept us cool even during the hotter days. The beach is literally just steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or want to enjoy the lively Benidorm nightlife, this place offers the best of both worlds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen leicht außerhalb der Stadt und auf der anderen Straßenseite vom EUIPO. Vorteile sind insbesondere die ruhige Lage, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz direkt am Aufzug zur Wohnung und die gute Busverbindung. Ein Nachteil der Wohnung wäre es allenfalls, dass das Gebäude hellhörig ist. Mayte war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und stand bei allen Rückfragen hilfreich und schnell zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Huoneisto oli loistava ja sängyt erinomaiset. Hissi yhteys autotallin ja asuinkerroksen välillä oli loistava samalla pääsi esteettömästi uima-altaalle. Ainoa miinus oli alueella tapahtuva rakentaminen ja sen äänet, mutta sekään ei ollut liian häiritsevää ja vähenee koko ajan. Suosittelen!

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.
