On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
