Home built in 1879, entirely renovated with a modern kitchen, fully fenced backyard, private parking and fire pit.Master bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own bathroom with jetted tub. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, Keurig. Toaster/hot plate and basic dishes/ cooking utensils are included. (one review stated dishes weren't clean) I was trying the whole open shelf look and didn't realize I would need to clean the dishes more often since they weren't in a cabinet) Private patio. We’ve brought a little of our old home in East Tennessee to our new home in Louisville. This guest space features reclaimed wood from a barn Perry took down in Seymour, TN.; a stock tank shower; a refurbished farmhouse sink; a tobacco stake star wall hanging; and some Yee-haw Industries prints, straight from Knoxville.
